 UH oh! Wrong direction! But I know why to much snacking and way to much stress.
 I moved here to NC from NY 6 years ago. My oldest son is still in NY. Him and his ex split up about 4 years and he has had him 4 days a week and also would pick him after work and have him spent the night. He called me a few days ago and said that his ex said she is moving to California and taking their son with her. She wants to home school, so she can travel. My grandson is only 5. I told him he needs to get some kind of custody order in place to stop her from leaving. He is just devasted. I feel helpless. Being so far away. There is only so much I can do. e meantime
 In the meantime, I'm working on my resume today. I have a post-op appointment on the 7th. so I should have the ok to go to work.2

 Comments: On track again today. Really glad I set myself up for success yesterday, it paid off. Did my workout, although it wasn't stellar, been struggling a little to get back to where I was before I got sick and couldn't finish a workout, so at least I did finish it, that's progress.1
