    Good morning!
Yesterday I went to the "work"doctor (It's actually more dfficult to explain but I would be writing for hours ) and he was checking my wrist, my arm, th strengh I have and apparently the patience too. Some of the things he was saying were infusing me and I know that if those same thing were said by a friend or a family member I will end up in a fight. Anyway, he told me that my wrist is not doing good {tell me something new...} And that the payments are going to end in January :s So I need to find a job where I can work with only one hand , in Corona time and without a drivers licence XD Yay for me.
All the stress I'm having this months is affecting big times to my way of eating AND I WANNA EAT HEALTHY! I feel like if there will be 3 Ziortzas inside me. The one that's wants to eat healthy, the one that is only pleased with sweets and the one that doesn't wanna eat at all.
The only thing that gos more stable are my steps. I try my best.

    Challenge

In @Kitty2Katz check in, one of her goals was to say two positive things about herself. I challenge everyone to do this today! If you feel comfortable post them here.

    1. I am a strong and determined woman
    2. I love to help others.

I have such bad blisters from the marathon, I haven't been able to put shoes on or move much. They are much better today though so I'm hoping to get a good walk in!

I don’t think I would be able to move for a month!

    STEPS
    Wed. 10/7: 6,800 (spinning) + 11,320 = 18,120

I had a really bad weekend food wise, and then Monday was not good from stress eating and now last night some family came over and after I closed out my diary, the kids all broke out popcorn, cookies and chocolates for a movie and I binged on so many calories that I can't even begin to count the damage I did. I know I'm going to have a gain for my first week on this challenge and I am so disappointed in myself because I have exercised so much and drank water, but cannot get my diet under control.

Look at the positives. You are exercising, you are sleeping well, water consumption is awesome and most importantly you get up every morning and keep trying. As long as you try, you are a winner in my book. Maybe for the next week your main focus can be diet. For myself, I am only having one goal for the week and that is no binges/late night snacking.

Don’t let this set you back. You gather steam in the last 3 weeks of the September challenge. Look back at what you did then and start implementing it again.

I am grateful that I have a place to come share my struggles without judgement. Thank you

I am glad you feel comfortable doing this. We are so glad to have you as part of the team!

I am struggling hard with the not smoking and weight stuff.... if I don't smoke I want to eat everything in the house, then I am way over my calories. This bouncing back and forth within 5 pounds is frustrating. I guess it could be worse, I could just be gaining and gaining and gaining.
I was there this past March. Quitting sucks, but there is a reason you have done it right? To be healthier? I had to have carrot sticks, cuke slices covered in everything bagel salt, or any crunchy veggie ready in the fridge. You can do this. Try to avoid chips...go healthy!

C25K: 3 of 3 workouts complete for the week
    Ring Streak; 31 days

I was starting to come down and was almost at my last weigh-in weight yesterday. Then today, I am up 1.1 lbs. I don’t know what is going on. I am staying on track, exercising and decreased my sodium. The only thing I can think of is that I haven’t been eating enough calories. A few days a week, I have to add “fake calories” to complete my diary and see the projected 5 week loss. So, I am going to focus on hitting 1200 calories everyday and she of that helps. I am getting really frustrated but keep thinking how great it will be to break through this plateau.

i know you probably doing this but are you using a food scale? Without measuring you could be eating more or even less than you think. Also, you could be in a plateau. Do something to shake up your routine. Back a few months ago, my weight got stalled and I added intermittent fasting. I do 16/8. This is not for everyone.

My daughter and I went for our mid day walk again. Between that, grocery shopping, and getting housework done, I didn't have a problem hitting my step goal.

My brother went to a Dr appt for an x-ray on his chest to make sure he didn't break anything when he got hurt at work. No broken bones but they found a spot on his lung. No idea what it is but now he has to have tests done. Trying not to worry until we know something but it's hard not to.

Another great day! Positive thoughts for your brother!

Are you eating at least 1/2 of your exercise calories back? ...Try making a fruit smoothie ...or fruit and PB or Celery and PB ...I do no think you are eating enough ...just my 2 cents ....You got this :)

No, I am really bad with calories. I have this mindset that I have to eat fewer calories. I’m trying to change that but it seems counterintuitive to me. I did change my activity level to lightly active and I am going to try to hit a minimum of 1200 calories as my goal this week.

Another thought, if you do want to add some calories have some natural almonds. They are good for you in a reasonable serving size and they don’t have added sodium.

So I in-synced my watch for steps. I actually chose ‘don’t sync steps’ but it’s still reading from my phone for some reason and thinks that I only took 92 steps today.

It looks to me that you have your phone syncing with mfp. Do you use your phone to count steps? I know I seldom have mine with me when I walk so it would not reflect my step count for the day.

Sorry I haven't been around much. I just started a new job last week and I'm still adjusting. It's a physically demanding job, so my workouts at home have just been strengthening.
This week I'm going to focus on eating enough calories, since I've had days I haven't even eaten 1000 calories.

Congrats on you amazing loss! You definitely need to eat more than a 1000 calories. Try adding natural almonds.

I was diagnosed with another illness and I'm already loaded with them and they want me to go for treatment with another specialist and take more meds upon the meds I'm already taking it's just too much right now to deal with and keep up with my groups and everything else on mfp.

I've decided to take a break for awhile and try to concentrate on the new treatment and try to get better and when I do I'll be back.

Thank you @lindamtuck2018 & @Megan_smartiepants1970 and everyone else on wish you the best. I hope to be back when I'm doing better.

Concentrate on your health and we will be here when you are ready. I will move you to team support. I hope you feel better soon and stay strong.

Crazy day equaled fast food for dinner. Not great choice but will work on it.
    Ab challenge done

Sometimes fast food is the only option. Log it and move on. Keep working on hitting your goals and you will do fine.

That is a positive that you are not piling on the pounds. You are basically maintaining and I think that is pretty good while trying to quit smoking.

I decided to weigh in today. I have been weighing in on Friday’s since my weight watchers days. I just can’t change it. I am not surprised with the gain. A week of binge eating will do that. Looking back at my calorie average for the week I was expecting a gain pretty close to this. Next week my main focus is going to be the binge eating and late night snacking. I added the sleep in as if I am not sleeping well it has an effect on my eating. I am also suspecting the constant pain is not helping. By October 19th they will have the results of the ultrasounds and hopefully will be able to get to the bottom of it. The big positive of today is I have 1 day binge free.

I want to thank you all for being such an amazing team. This group gives me the push I need to keep going.

    Happy FriYAY!

I'm with you Linda. My goal going forward to focus on diet and try not to give in to stress eating and after hours snacking. I'm weighing in tomorrow morning and expecting a gain also, I'm dreading it really, but must push forward in order to make progress.

Good luck on the ultrasounds results.
    Have a great weekend :)

@Z10Rtza - I am sorry that you got such bad news. I can’t imagine dealing with that. What country do you live in? Are you able to claim disability?

@lindamtuck - yes, I do weigh everything. I started the C25K to help shake things up. I feel like maybe my calories are too low. A few times a week, I am less than 1000 and add fake calories. I am making an effort to eat 1200 calories/day to see what happens with that. Also, I am not syncing steps at all which is why I was surprised that it was there. I give up on that. I hope your ultrasound comes back with some answers and possible solutions for your pain

    @AmyG1982 - fantastic loss!
