@lindamtuck2018 I forgot to weigh in this morning. I had to run to the doctor for my flu shot appointment (also forgot my watch at home and lost some steps ).
ok if I weigh in tomorrow morning?
Could I also switch my weigh in day for November to Fridays?

Going to be a hard few weeks. From Thursday we are back in lockdown. Worried as when I'm bored I constantly have my head in the fridge1

I started walking laps around my kitchen during the first stay at home order to get my steps in (it was 110*F here) and I still find myself walking laps when working from home.
Do you have any projects you can start like painting, purging, organizing?

I have been in the house all weekend with the weather so it has definitely effected my mood. We even got some snow yesterday which I hate! I did my workout and tracked half the day. Got somewhat healthy take out, lettuce wraps and watched the season premier of this is us last night with a friend. It was a good way to end the week. I will get steps in tonight trick or treating with the kids.
Getting out sure makes a difference to our mood. I love this is us. I watched it on Thursday.Username: Draby2011

Well....mother nature (and my lack of hydration yesterday) strikes again! Lol only 3/10ths of a pound away from my goal of 8 pounds this week.

Yesterday was grocery shopping day so that's where most of my steps came from. I just hopped on the treadmill for a bit to get them up to my goal for the day. It seems like it's going to be a nicer day out today so the kids should have a nice time trick or treating. It will be interesting to see how many people partake.

While I'm not thrilled about the 0.2lb loss for the week I'm also not real surprised. After losing almost 3 pounds last week and then dealing with TOM I wasn't expecting much.
I hope your kids had lots of fun. We went over to see my granddaughters dressed up. They didn’t trick or treat this year but had a family fun night instead. I think your weight loss is great.
