    WEIGH-IN

    Last week: 181.4 (binge inflated)
    Today: 175.8

I had a really good week....logged, stayed under and had lots of exercise everyday. However, I realized last night that I have not eaten back enough exercise calories this week; I did not sleep well at all and the reason was because I felt hungry. When I looked back at my numbers, my lowest day of intake calories last week was 1,688. That is such a far cry from 1,250 that I thought I was doing well. However, when you factor in the Fitbit adjusted calories from exercise and moving around, my net intake was roughly between 800 and 1,000 daily.

Can you carry my weight over from last week? I'm sure I've gained but I haven't weighed myself. It has been a crazy week!

Ever notice how the universe has a way of testing you, to see how really serious you are about your goals, especially when you get on a roll? Well that’s what happened yesterday.... the universe put up a big roadblock in the form of a torn meniscus and crutches. I was walking the golf course trail and I thought my husband was teeing off just around the corner so I started a light jog. Maybe 15 seconds later.... that’s right, SECONDS, I heard and felt a loud pop. Not sure how I am going to handle this...

Hi guys I am back! I got overwhelmed with a sick family member and gave up on my weight loss journey.. Thankfully I continued to get on the scale every day and that helped me stay away from binging and going completely off the rails! I am happy to be back and so glad to see all the familiar faces that held down the fort  here’s to a wonderful November and a fresh start!
I would like to be a part of the step challenge(8000/daily) and the water challenge. @cmhubbard92

Welcome! So glad to have you back. :)

my husband decides he wants to get healthy and I want to support him but I think it may be difficult for me. He downloaded this meal plan and it’s very oldschool and it brings up old memories of when I used to start a “diet” and give up after day 2. It’s one of those “insulin resistant” plans that restrict you to small meals like 1.) Eat one egg and slice of toast with half avocado. I’ve been doing keto off and on for 4 years and I just think my Keto brain may go into calorie deprivation shock or something. I’m going to remain positive though because I’m very proud of him for taking this step on his own and I don’t want to negatively effect him in any way. My plan is to stay positive, take it day by day, and try to share my progress with you all on here.
This weekend for me was all about grocery shopping, meal prepping and then ultimately eating foods we’re going to miss ... like sushi and mixed drinks. So anyway this all explains why my weighin was not that great this week! But I’m gonna bring the heat week 2 . I promise
