@DaffyGirl88, who hoo!! Well done this week! It is going to be 66 here on the weekend, and yes, garden and flowerbed clean up is on our docket as well. Saturday, my husband has a tee off time!! (I think I might walk the golf course trail while he is golfing!)3 -

I had a really good week....logged, stayed under and had lots of exercise everyday. However, I realized last night that I have not eaten back enough exercise calories this week; I did not sleep well at all and the reason was because I felt hungry. When I looked back at my numbers, my lowest day of intake calories last week was 1,688. That is such a far cry from 1,250 that I thought I was doing well. However, when you factor in the Fitbit adjusted calories from exercise and moving around, my net intake was roughly between 800 and 1,000 daily.4 -
