@micki48 - I do not see anything wrong with the steps part of the spreadsheet. Sometimes things get weird if you are working on a mobile device. Not sure what the problem might be, but it all looks right to me this morning.

Team WaistAways! @micki48 @eggfreak and I are excited to announce our first Team Zoom meeting! This is an experiment for anyone who wants to participate. Some of us are feeling a bit isolated these days, and while the team discussion board is great, it might be fun to put some faces, voices, and liveliness into the equation. Let's give it a try!

@jugar I apologize that I keep having a late weigh in. Thanks for the kick. I’ve not been on track with food, alcohol or exercise lately which makes me higher in general and on Fridays. Then I want to wait until Saturday or Sunday to see how the weight changes...
I'm exactly the same on weekends so that's one of the reasons I chose a Wednesday weigh in, it's far enough away from Sunday for me to have straitened out some of my bad behaviour and still in advance of Friday incase I want to double check my number on Thursday....

The Green Challenge
Percentage of people who lost weight this week. No matter how small the loss the weights are recorded in green. Remember that even if your team doesn’t rank the highest in weight loss for the week you can still be the Green Percentage winner by having the most losses in your team! So keep it up!!

Confirmed now. The scale really only drops during my time of the month, but then it really drops. So odd, but whatever.
Yesterday we delivered gifts to all our family, set up the tree and strung up some lights. There are even a bunch of presents under the tree.9 -

To give you an idea of how my weekend went, I just closed a tab where I googled, "addicted to food?"
Not so great. We got a decent amount of snow last night, but luckily the sidewalks were mostly melted by this afternoon to get a run in (and help dig me out of the large calorie hole I dug at lunch).
To help motivate myself a little bit, I planned my meals through the end of the year! I am still determined to reach a new low before 2021.
Awesome job this week to @CurvyCalorie @evangsimmons170 and @MandiSaysHey !!! All stars. And the whole team for the biggest green week %!

Happy Sunday!
Ever have a day when you nibble at ridiculously sweet things right after breakfast? Sheesh. I felt noble that I ate yogurt with raw apple. Part way through our Zoom-church service, I started nibbling on sweet-tart-chewy candies. I guess I thought I'd clean up the opened bag, which was slowly going stale. They're gone now, so, I don't have to worry about indulging any more! Let's hope it didn't do too much damage.

Oh I love the idea of a zoom meeting. Sounds like a lot of fun! I can't wait.
Today I am on track for calories so far and my weight is definitely trending down...finally! Exercise for today was ballet for 40 minutes and a 30 minute walk with my daughter and the dogs. Got to try my new boots out a few times this weekend and they definitely have that sneaker feel in a warm boot. Perfect for winter walking when it's not deep snow and snowshoeing time.
Next we are baking cookies and I need to do some meal prep for the week ahead. Have a great end to the weekend!5 -

Oh a team Zoom would be really fun! It will be 8pm Saturday here in the UK so during our usual dinner time - but I shall certainly try to work around it to see your lovely faces!
I had a really good day yesterday and finally started to feel back on top of things.
I had a good workout in the gym, and didn't snack too much during the day. My partner had bought some passionfruits and wanted to make a passionfruit meringue dessert - luckily with half fat creme fraiche it easily fitted into my calories (and was delicious!)4 -
