I am still here team! I’m still here but a little frazzled this week while handling the household and my husband now home with COVID symptoms. My daughter and I have gone to my moms to keep separated. We are all getting through it.
I’m still keeping myself positive. and still logging everything I eat. But I’ve also noticed I’ve been losing my appetite allot while life’s been tossing around. I always appreciate when I finally check back in here and get to read all the encouragement this team gives each other! I hope everyone is staying healthy.
I am so sorry! I hope he is better soon and that everyone else stays well.

Today was my first day back at work after quarantine, and it was miserable. 7.5hours outside putting a bunch of fixtures together in 20s with a not fun wind. I managed to tweak my back, and am just aggravated about it. I put some icy hot on my back and am laying in bed looking for good stretches to do before work tomorrow.

I have been doing starbucks cold brew mixed with a premier protein shake mixed in for breakfast and have been loving it. I drink it on my way to work at 5:30am and I'm good till lunch time.1 -

I honestly was expecting more of a gain. My sisters and I are going on a girls trip to the beach at the end of April. We just booked our house so that will be a motivator. I'm glad there's no football this weekend so hopefully I'll be able to stay on track. My husband grew up in Tampa so we're very excited about the super bowl around here! But last weekend was rough, I'm too old to be drinking like I was Next month I will be more active in the group!

@thedestar - we live in Tampa Bay so it will be nuts around here. I can stay away from the alcohol ok, but I need to plan out healthy snacks. I think for me planning ahead helps, when I remember to do it!
