    Today was my first day back at work after quarantine, and it was miserable. 7.5hours outside putting a bunch of fixtures together in 20s with a not fun wind. I managed to tweak my back, and am just aggravated about it. I put some icy hot on my back and am laying in bed looking for good stretches to do before work tomorrow.

    @cmhubbard92 I'm sorry you had such a bad day. I hope your back feels better.

    Apologies to our tracker...I messed up on this start weight...I am keeping two logs; one was my 'official' personal start weight and the other is the start of the competition weight. It appears I am interchanging them. Below is the competition weight.

    Today I had a banana early morning and a protein shake at 10 a.m. I've been wanting to try this for awhile, but am never excited about having a shake instead of food. I'll let you know if it fills me up for awhile.

    @brandi_84 thank you! I'm feeling much better today! Lots of stretching/yoga poses helped today.

    @richmondwriter thank you! It felt like a very defeating day, but I was back at it today.

    @annabananamc I don't know how I managed at all-I wasn't dressed well for it and I'm one to always be with a blanket at home. I would love 59 and breezy right now. Wind chill has us in the digits.

    I have been doing starbucks cold brew mixed with a premier protein shake mixed in for breakfast and have been loving it. I drink it on my way to work at 5:30am and I'm good till lunch time.

    I honestly was expecting more of a gain. My sisters and I are going on a girls trip to the beach at the end of April. We just booked our house so that will be a motivator. I'm glad there's no football this weekend so hopefully I'll be able to stay on track. My husband grew up in Tampa so we're very excited about the super bowl around here! But last weekend was rough, I'm too old to be drinking like I was :D Next month I will be more active in the group!

    @thedestar - we live in Tampa Bay so it will be nuts around here. I can stay away from the alcohol ok, but I need to plan out healthy snacks. I think for me planning ahead helps, when I remember to do it!
