    Goals/Day/Comments: It was a good day. I took it a little slower on the treadmill but I got it done! I need to start incorporating weight training but I just don't think I'm mentally there yet.

    Have to weigh in a day early because of work. This puts me back where I was in December before my end of month gain, I'll take it but was hoping for more. Works remains stressful but I was able to better manage my sugary snacking. Making sure I get in my workouts before a weekend of playoff football and wings (Go Bills!) Have a great week everyone, looking at the posts you all are kicking butt!

    Does anyone know of any challenge is going on that has more a daily accountability wirh more interaction - if any of you remember there used to be a survivor challenge that was always kept you going. I need more accountability TIA
