Have to weigh in a day early because of work. This puts me back where I was in December before my end of month gain, I'll take it but was hoping for more. Works remains stressful but I was able to better manage my sugary snacking. Making sure I get in my workouts before a weekend of playoff football and wings (Go Bills!)
