I’m really happy with myself lately.
Idk where it’s coming from but it beats being unhappy! I’m doing everything I possibly can to keep this going!
Also small victory, but lately I’ve been having a lot more energy! Which is big pluses cuz not having energy was something that was my excuse.
Btw everyone on here has been inspiring to me! You guys are all doing awesome!3 -

@mooreshelly09 I hope your power is back. Last checkin with MIL they were going to give her an hour of power in the afternoon, and her water had stopped. But neighbor gave her hot soup and knows she's there alone so that's good.
Today I am SO grateful to live in FL as so many others are suffering from the winter weather and storms. I just want to bring you all here to stay until it passes!

Checking in...lost a full week of dieting and exercise. Spotty internet access but that is the least of the issues cuz no power, no water, no work, no place to go, just sit under the covers in front of the fireplace as long as the wood supply holds out. Yep, I'm in Houston. Fun times. Happy to report we are safe, we are semi-warm, we have a food supply and we have bottled water to drink. Hopefully Sunday will bring warmer weather, a plumber with supplies and a fresh start to a new week. Best to all and stay safe.7

@maryc11 It amazes me how many of us are from Texas in this group 🖤 So glad we are getting to the end of this and can start assessing repairs. Restocking groceries might be tricky for the next few weeks. Will be thinking of you also 🖤
