Loved the scale this morning! 162.6!

But here rolls in the weekend When I tend to eat more and drink more. I think one of the reasons why my weight is going down---- no big surprise. I'm controlling my food and I am drinking less LOL! This isn't rocket science right :) yet here comes the weekend and it's always a challenge.

So setting my intention here to continue to fast and do OMAD thus weekend...maybe 1 or 2 cocktails and lots of exercise!

Anyone else want to set weekend intentions?

Karen I love the intentions! Now lets stick with them. I also find myself lower on Fridays, 155.8, I think anyway. Then come Monday it usually will be up. Lets go lower. How low can you go. Muahahahaha

    Okay Chris & Karen,

Are we measuring the weekend by the difference in weight from today until Monday? I've had a really hard time breaking out of the 160's and sticking the 150's. And after giving in and eating over limit yesterday, sigh, I really need to knuckle down. So I'm in... starting Friday at 160.5.

Paula since it is friendly, you know best. I just happened to have gotten on the scale yesterday morning so I am using that as my guide. And see how well I behaved come Monday morning. Some of us are retired so it is all one big weekend! LOL

Chris step away from the young fellas pb toast with or without raspberry jelly. Nope nope nope
Paula, I know you can do this.

This morning my husband made his delicious homemade blueberry muffins. And while small there still was alot of guessing for me. I thought maybe about 200 calories per muffin. But I knew there had to be a way to figure our favorite recipes with todays helpful methods. I found it. I was able to enter all the ingredients in and it spit out all the Nutrition Facts and the calories per serving! Since we made 18 muffins I entered 18 servings. The amount per muffin was 196. I guessed really well this time. Here is the site for anyone else stuck in this dilemna.

Give it a try and let us know how well it works for you.

At 196, rounded up to 200 per muffin. That was 400 calories for breakfast. Which is over by a 100 already! :s:# So good to know. Now I must cut 100 calories somewhere. Or take a walk with me pups.

Rocky picked up Coopers ashes yesterday. Such a small can filled with so much love.

I'm with you guys. I'm walking 5 days a week at least 4 miles. If I don't get 4 mile w/DH then I'll go off by myself for the rest of my miles. I'm working w/my trainer 3 time a week 60 mins each workout session. I am doing IF ...wish I'd written down when I started doing it but...I didn't.

    Highest weight ever: 192.2 (08/18/05)
    January ending weight: 143.0
    February goal weight: 141.0 ...bwahahahah!
    Ultimate goal weight: 132.2

    02/22 - 145.2 at 5:30 a.m.

    You guys did great!

Made a new stew for Sara and her best friend. Dropped it off today. Pete trains BF's husband, he will take it home. Then we went by Nick's niche to change up the flowers then we dropped our tax stuff off at our tax lady's office. Now I'm gonna read and drink coffee!!!

Ending weight would've been lower if I'd gotten up around noon as usual. But I had to get up early to drive to Sacramento (2.5hr each way) for my second vaccination. Hooray!

Chris thanks. And it sure looks like you have been busy. I don't drop off my taxes anymore. They have gotten so I can do them. But having a CPA for a sister helps!

Paula I am so glad to hear that. And now they have come out with the one shot version. I am just glad we are done for now.

Kathy I think that is what I lost. Not totally positive. But I know I did better. And I am taking it also! <3

Karen I can't imagine you ever weighing in the 300's. Or Paula for that matter. So proud of you guys. <3

I can't wait to weigh myself tomorrow morning. I will be happy to see that I did not put on weight over the weekend! Yes yes yes!

    Shelley,

Karen and I went through the weight loss process at almost the same time and mirrored each other a lot in the steps we were dealing with. She was my first ever online fitness friend. We met on obesity.com or something and then hooked up on MFP together. (I think I talked her into coming over here from the other website?) That's why we're twinsies...
