I am aiming for 4 portions of Protein, I consider a portion of protein to be 20 grams. So yesterday I got 6.5 portions (130g) in. It's just the way I've done it for my Countdown Challenge, basically I am aiming for 80g minimum per day for now, but I'd used no 8 for my steps (8000).1 -

โ - take 15,000 steps. 8,000. Very very cold here! And I was really lazy yesterday...lol

- eat less than 1800 cal
- mean of 10,000 steps /day
- read 30 min / day

โ - respect hunger cues/develop ideal eating window. Bit of reckless eating at son's house tonight, while I watched my grandson for an hour or so after a delicious, filling dinner. So many eating opportunities there...a cornucopia of junk food which I don't usually have around me. I certainly didn't do as poorly as I could have. Just felt the urge and a wave of guilt, and it wasn't until I was writing this that I realized how little of the junk food I ate. LOL! It wasn't really necessary - and I didn't really enjoy it, so I wish I hadn't. But it wasn't terrible! So I'm switching my "x" to a checkmark!
