    ✅ - Daily - Up early - walk first thing. Yes - and even got my 2nd Pfizer in before 9!

    ❎ - Daily - take 15,000 steps. 10,589
    ✅ - Daily - aim for a calorie deficit. 166 that's pretty laughable but still a deficit so I'm keeping my checkmark!
    ✅ - Daily - Up early - walk first thing. hhmmm....pretty early - but "first thing" isn't going to fly with the boy here. So on those days it will be "first thing after breakfast - which is only fruit, so not toooo bad!

    @PAV8888 - my keyboard lit 🔥 up - red hot! Sent pics of tube in bowl of water attempting to pump it up! Took an age to set up and get a good bubble - did not do anything else all afternoon! Bit of a waste of a day off… but oh so worth it! ……🚴🏼‍♂️ ?

    Tues. June 22…….5 out of 6

    This week goals
    Wed. June 23—— June 27 Sun.

    1) Stay within 200 calories of Maintenance Calorie Goals
    2) Continue exercising while on Break
    3) 3500 steps
    4) 20 minutes self maintenance
    5) 64 oz. water
    6) do not binge!

    My weekend was a bit of a disaster. Thank goodness for a fresh week. See you all back here soon.
