    Tomorrow is my run day for my training. It's 2 miles, so even if my watch senses that I've ran 2, I will keep going until I reach 2 on the treadmill. I calibrated it yesterday, so hopefully that helps! I have my workout clothes set up for when I get up tomorrow morning. Let's hope I'm not dragging too much, or I'll have to do it after work (yuck). I am going to try running 4-5minutes with one minute walks. Eventually, I will be able to run the whole thing (I hope!)

    @maryc11 Lol, definitely! You did awesome for working from home. I know on Sunday's when I have my rest day I struggle to get any kind of steps in :D

    Not my best day - only exercise was a little gardening I fit in at lunch time, and calories went over a bit (111) because hubby decided to swap plantains for sweet potato fries for our regular hamburger night. usually I add exercise to balance this meal, but work + meetings means that didn't happen. I did resist the salted caramel chocolate squares he brought out for desert and today is another day!

    @Krysless2 - We've missed you, so please come back when you're up for it. Thinking of you in this very challenging time and am so sorry about your father-in-law's health.

    I am glad that your husband has realized how important it is for him to adopt healthy habits. It will make it easier when you are both on the same page. That is an incredible accomplishment that you have lost 60 pounds. I am glad you have the treadmill set up - will make things more convenient for you.     @prehistoricmoongoddess, so happy for you!! You have been working hard, and you so deserve this!! When that second number goes down, all of a sudden your one pound loss feels like ten....and that is a great feeling!!
