2 mile run done today. I ran about 17 minutes(slowwwww) before I took a two minute walking break, before continuing and finishing the last 11 miles. I finished the two mile in ~28minutes, and then did some walking to cool down. I have a rest day from running tomorrow, and three miles planned for Sunday. I am hoping I can run for around the same amount of time. I am loving the workouts so far, even though I don't feel so great while I'm doing it!
