Yesterday was not as good. It was a very busy day and I only got 16 min of walking. Macros were not met but I was under my total calories and water was just only 78 oz. Today will be better!
I got confirmation that my C2 rower shipped. It will be here on Wednesday. I am so excited. I am really hoping this is what I need to amp up the calorie burn and get me out of the 170s.4 -

I ended up snacking as I couldn’t fall asleep. I did end up sleeping fairly well overall though. I did good on steps again yesterday. I have an doctors appointment this morning about the headaches. Right now we are having a snow rain mix so hopefully there is a break in the weather so I can get out for my walk this afternoon. Laundry and next weeks meals are also on the agenda.

I apologize for missing my check in yesterday. My son woke up not feeling well and had to stay home from school which threw my whole day off. Time just got away from me.
Tuesday was the pre-sale for the consignment sale where consigners get to shop before the public. Mom and I went and I got some things the kids needed for the summer and then a couple toys for each of them that they requested. I found out that I actually get an email at the end of each day with an update on how many items I've sold which is pretty cool. Last night's update said I've sold 31 items so far and the sale actually opens up to the general public today.
Today we have a parent teacher conference for my son and then I'm helping my brother with prep for my neices birthday party that's on Saturday. Not sure yet what I'm going to do exercise wise. Might end up using the treadmill again. It's been chilly here again this week so no outside walking. I want the warmer weather back!4 -

@azkunk Next week you'll be singing "Row, row, row your boat" happily as you exercise. after all you've gone thru with the rowers i hope it's what gives you the break thru.
no exercise for me today or tomorrow. i wouldn't even put my shoes on except i have to pick my daughter up from work late nights. my wife doesn't like to drive after dark. i may do some light arm weights but won't use my pedaler. i have to get this dizziness under control somehow. have a great end of the work week everyone. the team is rolling successes this week.3 -
I apologize for being so quiet lately and not being a great supportive co-captain .... I have been in a funk for a bit ....no exercise but I have been doing things around the house (just not counting it as exercise) ...I still haven't heard from the people that is suppose to call me to come in and do the pre-op...if I don't have it then my surgery gets rescheduled ....this afternoon I go back to see my podiatrist for the x-ray results ...(crossing fingers that there is nothing serious and that I do not have to have another foot surgery) I am soooo over being cut open ...I hope everyone else is doing good5

Busy morning cleaning then did back & biceps workout and walk in the afternoon with my friend. Kids only have half day on Wednesday so had to jump inline for pick up around 11 only to sit in line for 45 mins. Made turmeric chicken with leeks last night. My husband hates anything but white meat boneless chicken so this pushed his limits but my son loved the drumsticks.1 -

I actually listened to the audiobook, Atomic Habits, through the library. No, I didn’t get the workbook. He mentions quite a few free resources on his site.

check in for 4/15. i can't believe the month is already half over.
steps - 1418. either i moved my arm a lot today or the bathroom is further away than i thought.
calories - just over 1700. no room for dessert tonight.
exercise - not a chance, unless you want to count 7 trips to the bathroom so far.
i heard back from my case manager today. not the conversation i wanted to hear. they are still trying to get cardio to accept my consult. i had to tell her about my latest episodes of light headedness last night and today. they are getting worse and more frequent. she told me that i'm officially discharged from their care because i've done so well with my weight loss that i don't need home care anymore. now not only can't i get into cardio i don't even have a doctor. when i finally get a doctor he'll have to start all over again. until these episodes started i had always received very good care at the V.A. i won't be exercising tomorrow and maybe thru the weekend. i might not even weigh myself since i almost blacked out today when i set my scale down to use it. i truely amazed i haven't given into stress/emotional eating today. i'm glad i don't drink because i think i would have alot.5 -

Tell them that you are having near syncopal (aka fainting) events. You could have a serious problem that needs to be addressed. You don’t want to actually pass out especially if you are driving. Check your heart rate and blood pressure if you can when you are having these dizzy spells and keep a record. Could it be vertigo? Do you feel off balance and like the room is spinning?

Another busy day at work which cut into my walking time. I only got in around 7K steps. My nutrition was better today. Under calories and a bit closer to my macros.
I am off tomorrow so I will walk in the morning before I go to my eye doctor appointment. I am at 100 exercise minutes for the week. I need to get 50 more minutes over the next 3 days to meet my weekly goal.2 -

I agree with everything @azkunk told you. The emergency room seems like a good place to go to get things started.

I think you are doing great. I find it hard some days to fit my walk in and I am retired. Does your Apple Watch auto recognize your walks? My Fitbit hasn’t been picking mine up some days and I am getting frustrated.

I was wondering what country you were in because your experience seems foreign to me and then you said VA and I understood. Can you go to the emergency room? So I ended up not doing any official exercise yesterday. I'm going to use it as my rest day instead. I helped my brother with a ton of prep work for my niece's party and didn't get home until almost 10pm. After getting my daughter to bed, I didn't have the energy to get in my steps. Also, we are going to the zoo this morning! And then going grocery shopping after, so I know I'll have plenty of steps today.2 -

First of all the good news! I am getting my vaccine this morning and my husband is going after work. I am so happy. I had a great sleep last night so that is good. The bad news! I gained this week. My diet sucked and middle of the night eating bit me in the butt. I let the stress of COVID and restrictions get the better of me. Today further restrictions are being announced and there is a possibility my husband will be out of a job for awhile. COVID is spreading like wildfire in Ontario right now. This week I have to get control of my stress and anxiety regarding the situation. No nighttime eating! You can do this Linda!
I am going to walk to my vaccine appointment to get my walk in. I am off to video chat with my granddaughter and play an online game with her.

I recognizes a brisk walk over a certain pace. Yesterday, it recognized 10 minutes which I think is accurate

@azkunk i'm in san diego. thanks for the suggestion of the e.r. i'm watching the symptoms carefully and if i even get a small episode while i'm driving or getting ready to drive then i'm going to stop driving until this is over. i won't take that chance. it's not vertigo, thankfully.

i gained a pound yesterday, but that's ok. i've been dropping to many days. my body needs a break to get used to it. i usually drop 10-11 pounds a month and i'm pushing 15 now with all of my extra walking trying to keep up with all of you.5 -

Big jump this week! I was so well-behaved!! It could be my real weight or the new spot in my bathroom I place my scale on lol. I'm starting to feel more motivated because I'm shifting the weight quite quickly, last time this happened I plateaued after a while so want to enjoy this as long as I can before the certain plateau...
Jump roping is definitely here to stay and I started Kayla Itsine's new Low Impact training, I'm loving it so far although my dumbells are too heavy for me, but I think that means I'll develop more strength quickly.
Tonight is my cheat meal and I'm so excited to find out what I'll order!

Walked in the am with a neighbor then went to a furniture store to try to figure out what to buy for one of the rooms we renovated. Ended up making an appt to have someone come here and help with layout and suggestions since I have been making myself nuts trying to figure out what will looks best. Came back and did my boxing workout. Dinner was turkey enchilada stuffed poblanos with rice and beans. Was a little bit of work since you have to roast peppers then peal all the skin off.2
