No walk yesterday as planned but i did move more than I thought I would. I am feeling a lot more energetic today than i was all weekend. I was so tired and headachy which probably had something to do with the vaccine. I am going to head out for my walk soon and hopefully i can get some housework accomplished today. I am aiming for all green tomorrow.
Have a great Monday!4 -

Daily mini-workout ❌--I somehow totally forgot about it???? I did get out for some run/walk intervals in the morning, so the day wasn't totally sedentary. The daily mini-workout plan starts again today.
Happy Monday!🌺3 -

Spent 2 days last week bingeing and the last three days eating just under maintenance. Weight dropped back into the 140s today despite the over eating. Have felt really empty and depressed for the past month and have been filling it with shopping and food. Still exercising at least and logging for the most part though. Got chased off the exercise equipment at the rec center in the morning but went back after my counseling session and finished my workout. Discussed the difference between happiness and joy. Happiness is fleeting and external while joy comes from within and how my overeating and shopping were trying to fill an emptiness with temporary happiness. Also saw podiatrist last week and discussed skin grafts since the bottom of my right foot has ceased to heal and saw my GP Friday. She wants me to call the transplant team and discuss my medication change with them since cortisol levels are not what they should be and I am still light headed though no longer fainting. From what I understand about cortisol it enables your body to deal with added stresses.4

@lcfa5317 - happy birthday to your husband. Sounds like you had a nice celebration
@rwood566 - thank you, my Westie is a little better today. I have been craving corn on the cob lately but it’s not good yet.
@mszoueb - a walking buddy sounds great. I wish that I had one. When the rower arrives, I am hoping to get the family engaged in some friendly competition
@jimboden3 - nice loss! I’m looking forward to getting my rower this week and will also spend some time working on my form.
@rlaskey2 - nice job resisting the temptations. Sweets are really high for me to say no.
@lindamtuck2018 - the vaccine definitely can cause a headache and fatigue
@Megan_smartiepants1970 - I’m so happy for you. This has been entirely too long.
@888Angie888 - excellent steps!
@Beautyofdreams - I’m sorry you are feeling so down and are still having health issues. You have come so far, you are strong, you got this!2 -

@transparentenigma you're creeping up on that 299. now that you're close, pounce and take it down. good luck and congrats on getting there.
check in for 4/19:
steps - 7444. i'll probably get a few more before the night is over running to the boy's room.
calories - over my personal limit by 35, but under the 2069 allowed by MFP before my exercise.
exercise - 2.7 miles in 56 minutes. i wish they had an walk speed for 2.75 MPH. i'm having to use 2.5 MPH instead.
even thought my calories were a bit over, i'm really happy. took my wife out to dinner and i had a game plan and stuck to it. I was going to eat half of my dinner and drink 3/4 of my ice tea. i ate half my dinner, 3/4 of my ice tea, one dinner roll, lightly buttered and my applesauce. the roll and applesauce were the only things i ate all of. it was delicious and very filling. no room for dessert tonight.7 -
Good day today with calories, macros, steps and water. I heard back from my PCP and I need to make an appointment with an endocrinologist for my parathyroid problem. I will get that done tomorrow5

Beautiful day here yesterday and today. Frustrating day with renovation stuff and people in the house but today is the last day for awhile. I didn’t get to do my workout since they were here. Kids are off for school vacation so this week may be different but so looking forward to next week to get back in a new routine without all the distractions.6 -
@888Angie888
You have done so great with your workout challenge so i am positive you will finish the month with a bang.
@Megan_smartiepants1970
Glad you have a new surgery date!
@TheresaM787
Nice job!
@Beautyofdreams
Sending you a virtual hug! I hope you can get your foot and medications straightened out soon.
@transparentenigma
Great loss! Twoterville is just around the corner. Can’t wait to celebrate with you.
@rwood566
Well done! Making plans and following it through is an important part of a weight loss journey!
@azkunk
I hope you get an appointment with the endocrinologist fast. Great job on your macros!
@rlaskey2
Just think how beautiful everything will look when your renovation is complete.

Hit all my green! My rheumatologist appointment got moved to today from Thursday. My joints have been really inflamed for a few weeks now. I was sure by the time i saw her everything would be settled down so i am glad for once that my joints are sore. I will be getting a few cortisone shots today so i wont be walking on Wednesday or Thursday as my hips are being injected as well as my shoulder. I am heading out for a walk soon though it is pretty cold out. Also, my weight has dropped over the last two days. I am nervous saying that as I don’t want to jinx myself. I having been leaving calories in case I can’t fall asleep and i can eat without going over. I know this is not solving the problem of eating at night but it is a baby step towards a solution.
Have a terrific Tuesday!

Sounds like exercise to me! Taking care of kids and housework has to burn a ton of calories.0 -

I am happy with this loss. I have been struggling with snacks but getting a good amount of steps. Yesterday I took the kids out for breakfast so had a bigger meal and had a lighter lunch. Dinner was skinnytaste chicken caprese skillet which had no carbs. I did my back and biceps workout and a small walk in the beach with kids. I love collecting sea glass and shark teeth and sometimes the kids will humor me. Renovations are done until new front door comes in in a few weeks then the painters just need to come back and Finnish some trim in the basement.4
