    How has everyone been doing? Im trying hard to focus on my eating, I have been struggling with it, and on top of that, my 2nd job has been very short staffed, so I have been picking up a lot there. on top of that 2 of my kids started soccer, so we have practice 3 nights a week, games every Saturday, and dance every Tuesday, so I have been busy, really busy, so I have slowed some on my workouts. not much, still shooting for 6 days a week, but if I work late, im letting myself skip that workout and sleep another 1.5 hours. Still hunting for a house, there isn't much on the market, so just being patient until something pops up.

    You are doing great. Life is always going to happen and it can mentally exhaust us when we have so much going on. Honestly all the extra movement you are doing just to do all this is amazing. You still need you time as well. Self care is highly important so forget about the missed work out. A mental break is just as important. You got this.

    My pt gave me those numbers and said to increase it every week by 500. Some days are better then others. I have been in this weekly step challenge thing so its why my numbers have been a bit more. But you may not be wrong. I should probably increase the total... so Lets go for 6k a day and see what happens.
