You are doing great. Life is always going to happen and it can mentally exhaust us when we have so much going on. Honestly all the extra movement you are doing just to do all this is amazing. Got you added to the step challenge for April @CharmingPassion , but you may want to rethink your daily goal...you're already exceeding it EVERY day so far...let me know...wow, you're putting me to shame!

You’ve got a lot on your plate! Nice to see you are giving yourself some grace regarding exercise and prioritizing sleep when you need to.

Hi all,Spring has definitely sprung here in the UK.Yesterday was the hottest day in March for 53 years !! It was 21c.Its lovely to be outside & feel the warmth of the sun.I've been planting seeds today,sweet peas & cosmos.I love the simple pleasure of washing out on the line 🌞
Also much better walking when it's not pouring down with rain or blowing a gale.
@ jessicakrall8 please could you put me down for 1600 steps for challenge.

Try copy/pasting the photo into the Comment box and it should take a minute to upload and look like a link at the top of the comment box...let me know if it doesn't work...
