    Got you added to the step challenge for April @CharmingPassion , but you may want to rethink your daily goal...you're already exceeding it EVERY day so far...let me know...wow, you're putting me to shame! :blush:

    My pt gave me those numbers and said to increase it every week by 500. Some days are better then others. I have been in this weekly step challenge thing so its why my numbers have been a bit more. But you may not be wrong. I should probably increase the total... so Lets go for 6k a day and see what happens.

    Hi all,Spring has definitely sprung here in the UK.Yesterday was the hottest day in March for 53 years !! It was 21c.Its lovely to be outside & feel the warmth of the sun.I've been planting seeds today,sweet peas & cosmos.I love the simple pleasure of washing out on the line 🌞
    Also much better walking when it's not pouring down with rain or blowing a gale.
    @ jessicakrall8 please could you put me down for 1600 steps for challenge.

    This is the result of the birthday celebration of the son of a very good friend...he turned 13, so we had a pizza party. Now I'm slowly trying to get rid of the leftovers without going overboard...it will come back down, it will come back down, it WILL come back down :neutral:

    If you like pina colada: coconut protein shake, made with milk & frozen pineapple chuncks in blender. Almost tastes lime the cocktail. I'm hoping it kills my chocolate craving.

    Photo help. I tried to upload photo with above post but wouldn't work. Used camera icon & selected from my phone's gallery- nothing! Tried 3 times & in the end just posted. Any advice??

    Try copy/pasting the photo into the Comment box and it should take a minute to upload and look like a link at the top of the comment box...let me know if it doesn't work...
