Good morning all!!!
I hope everyone is ready to slay this day!!!
I have my to do list out and ready to start marking stuff off. Item one is work out. Time to get this body moving and work off the weekend.
I drove back to Florida last night. Grabbed dinner at Whataburger... I’m sure it was 1500 calories. I did not even log 😔
My goal for the week is:
-3 one hour plus cardio sessions
- log all foods
- Drink the darn water!!
- Lose what I gained last week plus a little.
What are your goals??2 -
HI my goals for the week are ..
drink 6 pints of water.
exercise for over 30 mins.
no snacking in the evenings.3 -
My goals are to stay between 1200 calories + 1600 calories do not eat back my exercise calories drink the water log the food eat with intention move my butt at least 4 days this week besides cleaning houses!! I want to lose 2 lbs this week1

My goals are to continue getting a minimum of 5,000 steps per day, log all my food and increase my water intake. I’ve been really hungry the past few days (may be side effect of my eating less last week due to dental work) and I want to make sure it’s not because I’m dehydrated.2

Feeling happy to have met my 2lb goal!!
My goals for the week are to:
1. Stick to 1300 cals
2. Drink my water
3. Do a strength workout- I don't know why, but I've had a huge block about starting strength training. I guess partially because I have lower back problems and am afraid of hurting my back. Any suggestions on beginner, back safe workouts would be great.2 -
My goals are to keep logging everything and to stop eating earlier. I've been having terrible indigestion and I'm hoping that by eating earlier I can get rid of it1

@hannahel2021 I also really hesitate to do strength. I know I should do it, but I'm a Cardo junky and it's hard to add on strength when I am already tired from Cardio.1

What’s up with being a cardio junkie? I am the exact same way. I know I need to be doing more strength training but I cannot bring myself. I just want to walk or run.
Is this something that was burned into us years ago??1 -

I did a 3.5 mi walk/run yesterday. I have about 80 days left to train for the Peachtree. This is the worlds largest 10k held in Atlanta each 4th of July. This year will be my 5th consecutive year. I am really looking forward to this and want to improve my time. My goal for myself is to finish under 1:30. Based on yesterday - I need to shave off about 45 seconds per mile. I think I can handle this 😜

I was off, this year will be my 4th.3 -
My goals:
1. Move for 30 min a day
2. Drink 75 oz of water, tea, s/f Powerade, s/f green tea, organic hot tea
3. Read 10 min of non-fiction
4. Stay w/in calorie count
5. Journal food/mood
6. Long term goal - achieve 20 barre classes for April-December; I have done January-March & hit 100 classes; next up 2502 -

We are opposites! I love doing strength training and always dread cardio! I’m not sure why. I guess it’s because of my bum knee and I hate to sweat.

The weeks was far from what I wanted it to be but I worked off almost everything I gained, I'll take that win. I didn't get back to working out this week yet since it's been quite hectic but next week I think I will. I just did 1.5 day cleanse and it really helped.

It looks bad but the earlier week was at my weekly low and yesterday was my weekly high. I had a whoosh after I weighed yesterday so I’m unofficially down a pound from then. I hadn’t taken my measurements in awhile so I did this morning. My top has shrunk but my bottom is stubbornly about the same. Gotta keep plugging along. My goal is to be in the 180s when I go on vacation next month. Totally doable if I get cracking!6
