    Well... This is the last day of my son & his Fams week here... they leave EARLY tomorrow the morning.... Sad to see them go...
    it was a great Visit...They are asleep... so I thought I would do some computing... I am Proud of myself... with all the cooking I
    did with lots of snacks around me .... I didnt cave And I remained consistent And lost 3 lbs.

    They live in a 2 hour different Time Zone... so they slept in long after I was Up... So I fit in LOTS of chores and a couple of walks... then WALA ...Family time... And each time they went visiting their friends... I slipped in another walk...
