I am so sorry I haven't been on. I've been super busy at work and don't get on here daily.
I weighed in at 267.6 yesterday... down 3.4 for my 1st week.
I logged food half the days
I have mostly been under my calories, or at. 2 days I went over.
Water... been getting much better!!
Exercise.. I take it when I get it... and do it well when I do get it. I need more though.

@ashleymullo6195 A good day, all things considered. At least the Pepsi Max is low calorie, but for sure, plain water is better for you all around. Unless, of course, it is your caffeine source for the day, then have at it! I certainly drink my share of coffee, so who am I to judge!!0 -

@DaffyGirl88 and @mooreshelly09 Great attitude, ladies. Next week there'll be no family wedding, no long weekend, no dinner out with former colleagues and no visit from Tom, so it has the potential to be a good one!!3 -

@ashleymullo6195 I somehow missed this post, Ashley, and am just reading it now. How are you doing with controlling your hunger? It really is the key to success on this journey....no one will succeed if they are hungry all the time; they will eventually cave. The trick is to eat the most amount of food that will still allow you to lose weight. That is why slower is better!!1 -

Hey its OK don't worry, I've been doing really well this week controlling the hunger as I've changed my calorie limit from 1,200 to 1,435 as I'm more active than I thought and it's working a treat haven't went over calories at all since Monday and feel so much more full I even have over 100cal left sometimes it amazes me how a little change has made all the difference but I guess this way works for me1

Thankyou I do feel like I need at least 2 glasses of Pepsi max a day as I can't just drink water all day I like the taste of different things and of course Pepsi max is low calorie so it's what keeps me coping

@kristiekay1962 Oh my gosh, yes, sleep is sooo important!! If I eat too much crappy food, I don't sleep well, so it's a win-win if I eat right!!0 -
