    Ack! My weigh in day is today, but I had a scale malfunction this morning (ran out of batteries)! I'll post my weigh in tomorrow instead.

    @PatriceFitnessPal Yes, that is true about muscle soreness and I do think I have some of that going on.

    Upon reflection, I also see that I have been doing a lot of "cheats" here and there - putting milk in my morning coffee, eating errant candy while at work, eating until full rather that satiated.
