The Horse show starts at 11:00am so yes we need an early start Linda; yes so leaving early we will see the Horse Show providing we don’t get a rain storm but at any Rate with a Rain storm we shall get to the Horse Show on time.however we will have to set our alarm clock to get up in plenty of time so we are not Late for the show.
LATE0 -
If we are leaving really early, I may just stay up all night so I will not oversleep. I do not want missing the show to become our "fate".
FATE1 -
Wow you are brave Linda, I’m not sure if I could stay up all night even if it meant “fate” coming upon us with over sleeping and missing the Show. My plan will be to set my alarm Fast Forward with Volume up Full Blast, that should work and if it doesn’t I will have a lot of angry neighbours waiting at my door. 😳
FAST0 -
And I will choose a third method to make sure I am up in time! I'll set an alarm as back up, but if I tell myself to wake at dawn, I will. I usually wake up before the alarm goes off that way. What a cast of characters we are, with our different ways of stating on time!
CAST1 -
So true Susan so Last but not the least I will be the Last up but I will be the first to arrive saving seats for you gals!
LAST0 -
What a team we are. With tree ways of waking up, nothing can get "past" us getting there on time.
PAST1 -
Indeed Linda, nothing will get Past us.. We can do it!
Nothing will Stop us! 😊
STOP0 -
Yay! We're all tops!
TOPS0 -
Yes Susan, all Tops; we don’t even have to worry about any Cops around as we are doing everything right!
COPS0 -
We certainly do want to keep going toward the horse show but we do not want to speed and cause the cops to give us a speeding ticket. I am looking forward to see the dancing horses that take "hops" instead of steps to the rhythm of the music.
HOPS0 -
Now that would be something, to have the cops stop us for speeding and miss the horses hopping to the bops of the music!
BOPS1 -
Horses are trained to do so many exciting things! I heard that some can balance "mops" on their noses as they hop and bop to the music.
MOPS1 -
Yes very interesting Linda, it would be something to see the horses balance Mops on their Noses, I’d love to see that! How bout some Pom Poms that would be even harder! hehe…
POMS0 -
On special days the rider throws flowers to the crowd while the horses are doing their tricks with mops and poms all the while dancing to the beat of the music. Yesterday the riders threw flowers to the "moms".
MOMS1 -
How appropriate for Mother's Day, Linda! Although over here, they would have been throwing flowers to the Mums!
MUMS1 -
I forgot about that difference in our language. In another ring at the horse show, I heard that there is a horse that can do simple "sums". I have a feeling the trainer has some behind the scenes hints for the horse though.
SUMS1 -
Clever horses! I remember Mr Ed, the TV show. When he 'talked' he was always showing his gums.
GUMS1 -
Hehe, I remember Mr Ed, he was one clever horse. As a matter of fact our Horses are all clever with their Sums that Linda said and their Gums you said Susan, yes some Clever Boys! However as we sit for ages watching our Horses our Tums will start rumbling from hunger!
TUMS0 -
My Ed was a favorite show of mine too. My brother's name was Ed also so He liked to watch it. When I am thinking about the songs that were played at the beginning of the shows, I find I am missing some some words but know the music. Sometimes "hums" help me remember the words.
"Hello, I'm Mr. Ed
A horse is a horse, of course, of course
And no one can talk to a horse, of course
That is, of course, unless the horse is the famous Mr. Ed
Go right to the source and ask the horse
He'll give you the answer that you'll endorse
He's always on a steady course
Talk to Mr. Ed
People yakkity yak a streak
And waste your time of day
But Mister Ed will never speak
Unless he has something to say
A horse is a horse, of course, of course
And this one'll talk 'til his voice is hoarse
You never heard of a talking horse?
Well listen to this
I am Mister Ed!

Too Cute Linda but way too Funny as I read the famous quotes of Mr Ed! When I think of these shows that were so innocent, nothing evil always good Family Friendly shows! I grew up with good programs as did my children. It’s so sad to see how Television has gone! No such thing of Good Family programs with no coarse language and all the other things that have replaced programming that we didn’t have to worry that our children would hear. So sad that Course Words, pornography and other evil shows are all over our airways. I can’t even think about how our grandkids and great grandkids will grow up amongst all this evil.
Oh that Jesus would come back soon and take our dear children home to heaven. All I can say we need more Mums to watch over their children and not allow those innocent eyes to see and cover those ears so they don’t see or hear such evil!
