Good morning ladies...thanks for posting your prayer updates. Judith sounds like you have a lot going on yesterday and today and more next week. I will pray for healing, encouragement, wisdom for doctors and strength for you physical, emotional and spiritual in Jesus Name above all Names!
Linda sounds like you have an upcoming surgery or already had...God knows the time and place and as I like to remind myself...Do Not Worry About Tomorrow, God is Already There! Praying for your healing, wisdom from doctors and complete recovery w no complications.
I would also ask you for myself...head to toe healing inside and out. May God Bless You and your loved ones, for being Spiritual Warriors and for Loving One Another! Amen and Amen!

Tomorrow I am back for a follow up with my Surgeon. Please pray that he will have a solution and a plan of action that will turn this situation around.
Last week when I was at the Cancer Clinic I was seen by 2 Specialist regarding a follow up with the treatment I was originally on for 6 weeks that wasn’t successful in stopping the flow of disease.
The first Doctor said he thought another round of the same med and maybe Laser Surgery might work. He basically said the same as what my Surgeon had said to me.
Then I was seen by second Doctor, who right from time he came into the treatment room seemed to be agitated, he was rough and was nasty in his mannerisms, the way he spoke to me with pushing his fingers into my face and lips as he examined me and kept stepping on and shoving my feet out of the way. He was mean and was so nasty.
When 1st Doctor pointed out the issues on my face and lips and talked about treatment and Laser surgery options he got more agitated and angry with undermining everything that was said by the 1st Doctor.
He finally said I will refer you to one of my colleagues and gave me a prescription and told me to be back in 6 to 8 weeks for a follow up.
Needless to say I came home in tears and no
further ahead and not knowing what will be done.1 -
Oh Judith, what a terrible experience. I sure hope the new Dr will be better. That cruel Dr should be reported. 😳

Oh Judith. That has to be so frustrating for you I was praying for wisdom for drs too.
Prayers for you Judith as you like to live a normal life. Prayers.
Wish your drs were more helpful. Maybe report him for his mannerism?

Oh my, Judith...somehow I missed this Prayer Team notification yesterday but no prayer is ever wasted and God’s time is not our time....how my heart breaks to hear how you were treated.
That kind of behavior needs to be addressed...was anyone else in the room with the two of you?
I will be praying for all of this...thank-you for your update.

Here is a new update from my Surgeon follow up today.
I saw my Surgeon and he sent a report to the Specialist he wants me to see for the second opinion about the issues of the rare disease on lower face and lips, we talked about Laser Surgery as he said that area needs to be looked after so we really know what type of disease so it can be treated properly!
I was given a date to see this specialist, he works with Cancer and has offices at a private practice and at Cancer Clinic
I have the appointment on January 22nd at 10:30, his office is in Vancouver.
My Surgeon is very good and he said he was sorry I had the issues on Friday and said that shouldn’t of happened. He removed the excess diseased skin and tissues, one area is swollen so I just need to be careful.
I am back next Thursday as he wants to clean the area up as best as possible as I am out of my place for 2 weeks in a Hotel while the Renovations are done to repair everything from the Flood.

Dear Judith...PTL you have at least one doctor who HEARS you and SEES you and was able to recognize the wrongdoing by the other doctor. Having worked in health care, I wouldn’t be surprised if the conversation continued beyond your hearing...what goes ‘round comes ‘round.
The January date may seem far off but time passes so quickly the older we get and I know you have a busy life outside of the medical. Prayers continue.
Thanks everyone who prayed for my important eye exam this week, my age related macular degeneration is stable and no increased pressure. I do have scar tissue from cataract surgery but I need time to consider treatment (or not). Next week I have some scans and labs related to my rare blood cancer diagnosis and would appreciate prayers...my hope would be for a miraculous cure (there is none outside of God) but would love to at least hear “stable”...the lab numbers have been more worrisome this year. Thank-you to all prayer warriors. Please leave any prayer requests you might have...I do check this thread on a regular basis and am happy to add you to my prayer list...Blessings to all, JC 🙏 1 -

JC, First I Praise God for answers to prayer for the Good Report that the macular degeneration is stable and no increased pressure. Praise the Lord! God is Good! I am so sorry to read about the Rare Blood Cancer diagnosis you have, I didn’t know that, my prayers are with you as you have the Scan and Blood work next week. I am believing for a Good Report: it would be wonderful to hear as you said “Stable” and better yet, that our God will bring complete Healing from the Crown of your Head to the tips of your toes to the Glory of God! Amen! Praise ye the Lord! 🙏
Barb, my prayers are with you; I didn’t know you have AVD as you said above and as Marilyn has also. My prayers are with you both for God’s Healing to flow over you both to the Glory of God! 🙏

Barb - praying for your vision problems. Our sight is so precious to all of us.
JC - praises for the good appointment and that your macular degeneration is stable. My husband was just diagnosed with the beginnings of symptoms of this disease. I will also pray for your rare blood cancer. I pray that your scans and lab results will stabilize this coming week.
Judith - Our prayers continue for you that strength will be given to you as you prepare to move and as your continue to have treatment to you face.
I have 6 more days of antibiotics then the return visit to the ENT to recheck my abnormal findings in my sinus and throat. I would love to have it all gone and to be able to schedule my hip replacement by the end of October.

Linda, my prayers continue for you that the next 6 days of taking your antibiotics will prove to have worked and the abnormal findings your ENT originally found in your sinus and throat has been resolved. I am believing you will hear your ENT say no abnormal findings were seen in the re-check. I look for that kind of report. I am trusting Jesus with you for your healing and for your Surgeon to reschedule the Hip surgery ASAP.

Thank you all for your updates. Every one of you is in my prayers. Take courage and strength in your faith in the Lord, the Great Physician! I am so glad you all trust in Him. He hears all of our prayers and does answer us in His time.
Please do keep Colin in your prayers. His back pain can be severe. He has quite advanced Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis and many other serious health conditions which are affected by pain - Coronary Artery disease, type 1 Diabetes, Epilepsy, and he has lost hearing completely in one ear, needs a hearing aid for the other, has virtually lost all sight in one eye and needs thick glasses for the other...it is hard for him to be in constant pain as well. He's a trooper who acts like nothing is wrong. Others don't even guess that he has health issues. But he has.2 -

Susan, You and Colin are so much alike...strong, optimistic and able to continue ADL despite having multiple discomforts and limitations. I continue to pray for you both.
