Christmas feast is in 2 months.For those of us that are in the U.S. Thanksgiving is in one month.
I have a goal of being less than 170 by Valentine's Day. That is about 20lbs.
So, my strategy is to do my best everyday to log and stay under calorie goal. And exercise 4-5 days a week. If I can keep that up the holidays shouldn't derail me too much. I just have to be more mindful during TOM than I was last week. I made careful choices with buying this week's groceries and made a rough meal plan for the week.

@brandi_84 Weight loss starts in the kitchen, so well done on making a grocery list and a meal plan! I didn't gain or lose anything while away, but today I have already gotten into the junk (we brought home a lot of chocolate that was gifted to us). So, I need to step away from the computer now that I am all caught up (minus any pictures I will try to post later) and start being productive on my feet!!1 -
