Goals/Day/Comments: Did some laundry, and other related housework. My new computer glasses are ready and I need to pick them up tomorrow. I'm going to eat all my calories today, but not go over.0 -
I haven't been hungry until just lately. Which seems weird, and sort of backwards. Now that I need less calories I feel as though I need more? I am going to give IF a try. I will put off breakfast as long as I can and limit my food to a 6-h period, see if that helps. Maybe I'll work my way up to a longer fast, but I'll try this for a week first. Thanks for the suggestion. Restricting calories, cutting out all added sugar and salt (and making sure I spend those calories on vegetables and some fruit) has worked really well for me to date. But now it seems like it's falling apart on me and it's time for a change! Here's hoping it's the change I need!

I do some IF I skip breakfast lots of day's and then we eat lunch at 2pm everyday which is our main meal of the day. Then I stop eating by 8:30. When I do eat breakfast its just a yogurt. With IF I find that I'm not hungry. But I can either have lots of energy or no energy. If I find that I don't have any energy then I eat breakfast.
I hope you have success with IF and that it helps with your hunger.

Goals/Day/Comments: Busy day going to the market. I did not pick up my computer glasses. I was on the phone for 2 hours with my medication company. They are not covering my rheumatoid arthritis medication for next year. I don't want to change this one its working fine. Plus I gain 10 pounds every time they switch medications. I need to call back tomorrow again, because their computer system glitched and would not accept the Determination Request to cover it for next year. It will take 14 days after the submission before I get an answer. I'm stressed out over this.
Tomorrow is weight in day, I can't believe a month has gone by already.0 -

I ran one day and didn’t document my food. My covid job had me frustrated I didn’t even make it to basketball this week. Ate all the unhealthy food in the house. Starting this week with a new sense of urgency. Look for a nice improvement from me next week! Peace to all.

Sorry, I’ve been slacking. We had a great time camping. It’s something we’ve done every year right before Halloween for the last 5 or 6 years. And each year the group gets bigger. My friends husband loves to scare the kids, so Michael Meyers came and paid a visit. And we won best Halloween decorations spooky effects from the park ranger this year. Had such a blast.2

CW: 139.8 . . . . .I made it to the 130s! I haven't seen that number on the scales for decades! I weigh less than 10 stone! Weirdly, I lost most of the weight in the last 2 days, but that's good enough for me!4 -
