    ok back from my trips and meals out etc and gained but that will go next week hopefully ....gym tonight and lets do this!

    Daily check-in calories 1001, got my step tracker this morning and it wouldn't charge 😭

    Bought one from kmart today so hoping to start tracking tomorrow.

    Awesome loss! I recently bought a recliner that helps manage the back pain. If you don’t find relief with the sports therapist ask to see aback specialist. I am being seen at the spine centre here in London. I am sure they have something like that in Sudbury/North Bay (know you are in Northern Ontario) They have several types of back specialist there. Right now I am getting injections in my back.

    Erg... I sure hope life doesn't evolve to the point I need a back specialist. I do have an appointment with my family doctor on December 2nd. I'm hoping I get better long before then. But I'm open to anything really that will get me back on track. :)

    Meet with my coach this morning to set my November goals.
    1. Lose 1 inch off my waist
    2. Lose 1 inch off my hip area
    3. Work on toning arms
    4. Try something new fitness wise
    5. Continue to read more and spend less time on electronics

    Plus continue to avoid the sodas. Day 33 without a Dr Pepper!

    Woke up around 2 am with a sore throat, achy all over, headache, chills and nauseous. It is probably from the booster I had yesterday. I am going back to bed very soon. My Fitbit is showing I have 80 zone minutes today. It’s weird as I just got up.


    I will catch up on post later today.

    Question for the group. I'm seeing a lot of ads for hormone diets, but I've read somewhere they really don't make difference. Anyone tried one? Results, thoughts? Thanks

    Yesterday was my first day with my kids back in school after power outages since last Tuesday. I snuck out at lunchtime to the chiropractor for my neck since it has been bothering me since I went back to work from being at the computer all day. I plan to give it a little longer then getting back to working out since ir has been a week and I feel so lazy.
