    1 mile treadmill walk, 3 mile treadmill run.
    Autocorrect tried to change โ€œrunโ€ to โ€œfunโ€ and Iโ€™m not sure I can imagine a sentence where fun would describe a treadmill experience.

    Back on track after letting my college roomie and his hubs visiting throw me completely off food wise.

    I feel u with the treadmill run. Lol! It's like pulling teeth he he xo

    Jana, I love your mantra. Keep up the great work! I would agree in that the more I give up perfection, the better off I am.

    Speaking of less than perfect...
    Today was yes, yes and yes
    The last several days, however, have been a 'no, no, and no' for logging. I exercised daily and have been more or less close to my calories but I just did not log. I had a lot of other things happening so I put logging on the back burner. I did, however, try to go back read all the posts that I missed. Always great info to be had there!

    3-yes day. Plus, I recruited some family to IF. Some are doing 12 hr, 16, and an 18-hr. It's good to have extra accountability and we're on WhatsApp together, which feels nice to check in every evening with them.

    @ForLangston hving others do it with u would def help. I dnt do if persuee but I try where possible to delay my breakfast till 10am where I can. Wld u mind me asking wat benifits u hve noticed for if? Xo

    I love reading all of your posts. If you're struggling, I send you compassion and encouragement. If you're celebrating, I'm woohooing with you. If you're just trucking along, well, I'm waving from the next trail over.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Thanks @Jana_2020 ... so true!

    I was completely numb to my weight issues before last year - obviously VERY aware they were there but lost without a plan of attack or any real direction. Hopeless.

    We all start somewhere, and it starts with trying. And adjusting. And then tweaking. And then stumbling. And then trying something else.

    Be here!

    My entire adult life I was just floundering... no real sense of community, just shame. Now I have found my direction, but I'm so mindful of every day being a "get up and try" kind of day. There is nothing easy here, there is no minute where I feel like I've got this. I know every day will be an internal struggle. Yet I get to have it, and finally with a sense of knowing that I've got this.

    @donna25trinity: thank you for your query. I've noticed my sleep is much deeper (REM mode). Tummy is flatter, which highlights my juicy booty :) I'm more in control of my binge urges. I'll say: am I thirsty, hungry, bored, angry? If so, drink water, green tea, black coffee, lemon tea, ginger tea, etc. I also enjoy my meal more. If not eating with others, I shut gadgets off, and enjoy the meal over a 2-4 hr period. Finally, you wake up having fully digested a meal.

    This is great, such wonderful accomplishments, u must be so pleased it's working and I love the juicy booty comment, made me lol. He he. What hours do u start and stop eating if u dnt mind sharing? Xo
