Good bunny eating!!!
I've been eating them - but The Boy has had me running a bit off my feet (in the best way) so will have to sit down and do some logging. Been good though - nothing extreme - mostly healthy, reasonable eating.2 -
So after a totally bunny less day (see TWO for $5 bacon and egg McGriddles deal in other post).... I went just this tiny bit bunny Wild!
I neglected to check the pantry, and discovered too late that I had no canned tomatoes, and only a small can of Hunt's tomato paste! π
Still, if you combine a 91.5% bunnies precooked weight with a finished cooked weight that is 90% of the original you have, drumroll! food that is 101% of the finished weight "bunnies" ππΉπ
And since I was a hungry kid by 10pm.... 1285.grams were consumedππΉπ
So that's more than FIFTEEN bunnies π°π°π°π°π° π°π°π°π°π° πππππ πππππππ

Looks tasty. Reminds me of this cookbook -A Man, A Can, A Plan - that I bought for Son when he began living on his own. Son now loves to cook but often falls back on the quick and easy after work.2 -

Well, I've now got both potato, egg, cucumber, & mustard potato saladish. Snd if I were to add some beans to my 1500g of veggies and sausage stew it would almost become a succotash that doesn't suck! π€£
So it was a can without a plan but hey everyone happy!
Someone else made sausages and egg and some potatoes salad for himself.
I would rather contemplate Alexandra"s menu -- from a safe distance though, cause I wouldn't want to eat the girl out of house and freezer!!!!π€£

Holy cow π! 2100 Cal. If I ever get to maintenance, my entire daily allowance is 1550 Cal. Thatβs only if I donβt lose any more height due to age shrinkage.1

But, Yooly, that is 2100 calories for more than five pounds of food. That is a lot of food. You could probably be full splitting that over three days?1

Donβt think I could look at the same thing three days in a row - or even over a week (when it would be well past itβs prime). Maybe freeze it up in portions?
Iβll stick with cereal and yogurt which comes in different flavors at least. So sayeth the lazy old woman! π΅π»1 -

And my maintenance allowance is closer to 3K than 2K given current activity level.
For me a low cal big bulk bunny item provides flexibility to the rest of my day.

Did my veggies (538g @101.5% bunnies) from the day before served on veggie rice (300g) and basmati (80g cooked) mix.
That was 9 bunnies plus I added 270g Classico bolognese to turn
my veg stew into an aspirational ragu. There has to be more than one tomato

Bunny-gedon Sunday!
I've been working the "fake" bunnies category! Yesterday was riced veggies forming part of the bunnies! Today I did salmon on parchment paper in the oven and veggie "fries" (carrots, parsnips, beats) for 505g! And a couple of baby potatoes I stole from someone else's stash for another 50g. And 300g of boiled grey zucchini. So I think I'm doing OK so far and on track for a tenner or so!

Since the only remaining bunnies came in the form of "hazelnut spread'--in spite of it being in the fridge and extra hard I still hit it for 275 Cal!--I think it is time to count today's bunnies!
Monday bunnies... are exactly... a 10: π°π°π° π°ππ°ππ° π°π°π°
300g boiled zoo, 50g boiled potatoes, and 505g frozen veggies... I guess technically maybe 9 and a bit since there is some not bunny coating to account for with the frozen ones plus extra water in the boiled zoo...but against that there was some cocoa in the spread and some dates in the RX bar I had for breakfast0 -
Good bunny munching, PAV. But...hazelnut spread is SQUIRRELs, not BUNNYs, as some dude once told our friend, CONNIE, when the conversation turned to eating nuts.

Oh...its been a week I HAVE been logging though - which is a major accomplishment (though I wish I had been logging less food).
I'll give it a shot for yesterday - off the cuff - test the memory!

Unfortunately in the middle of everything I am possibly coming down with something and given who has been around me / I've been around... probably not the OVID.... but definitely a cold-it. watering eyes to start

Maybe get tested just to be sure itβs just a cold? Otherwise drink lots of fluids and take a decongestant. Free advice from mom.1

Maybe allergies? This seems to be a "good" allergy season.1

Start was compatible with allergy since I was cleaning shed with quite a bit of rat poo. But household member is at the tail end of a relatively mild week long cold. And in spite of me wearing a mask and trying to distance... Has been known to approach into your personal space and breathe on you with zero consciousness.
Watering eyes and tingling nose could or could not be allergies and dust1 -
