good afternoon everyone! it is a beautiful sunny day here today. my daughter says hi to all. both budgie birds are doing well and say cheep. cheep! i did my strength training workout this morning and i feel really good! i went for a walk earlier this afternoon and i really enjoyed it. i will be doing some dancing later tonight to some 80s music. i spent some time this morning helping a good friend of mine with moving. i like to help others whenever i can. have a great day, everyone! take care and stay safe.1

Good Evening Everyone!
Today has been a mostly cloudy day. My first client cancelled last night as the house isn't ready for me to clean. Oh well left me time to do other things. Also got all my workouts done. Update on my neighbor is that he is still doing pretty good under the circumstances. I decided that I will not go see him. I want to remember him the way he was when he left. The house goes up for sale on Monday and his daughter offered me the job to cut the lawn each week since the realtors landscaper can't do it that often.1 -
Good evening all, today was 88 and humid. Went grocery shopping in morning, got my hair cut, and Kayla and I did get a walk in. Don has finished our front yard, he did a great job.

@Cormierannie-- Good job on the exercise. WOOHOO on helping your friend. NO DOUBT they'll appreciate it a WHOLE LOT!! Someone we ALL like (RARE that someone is liked by 99% of the population in a large building!!) is moving out on Weds, but a friend of mine will move in, if it's all fixed up the way she wants, on the following Monday. He's leaving it in pristine condition. It just needs to be painted and the rug deep cleaned. That'll happen fast. LOL YO!! I am laughing that's a FAST turn around!
@Cseguin2 ,,, We had a nice thunderstorm earlier. I can't it has helped to cool my place down, it hasn't. But it has outside. I'll hop up in a moment and turn the AC back on. It's 78 in here, 65 outside, but the humidity is at 97% with the Dew Point at 64. I agree, I'd probably do the same thing ,, with not visiting him. My Dad made us PROMISE We'd NOT go down (BROKE my heart in a ZILLION PIECES!) because he didn't want us to remember him as he was dying. While loving, still,, I'd of rather of seen him. Nice on the mowing.
@Kurtize ,, your yard is ADORABLE!! Very nicely done!! Won't we ALL be glad when it's not so hot out? I think we are finally away from the high 80s/90s. I do not see any in the near forecast and though they can happen, it won't stay around. LOL I want mid 70s (That we are going to have) and 50s AT NIGHT!! LOL I am tired of hearing the AC run around the clock. It's not loud loud, but its not no noise either. I am so grateful though to have it, and to be able to afford it. Do you like your new do?2 -

Well today is my boyfriend's uncle's funeral. I am going to support my boyfriend as I did not really know his uncle. It is important to support those you love though. It is going to be a hard day
@cormierannie - That is great that you are helping people move. Way to go.
@CSEGUIN2 - That is great that you will get a job mowing the lawn. I agree that it might be good just to see your friend as they were not what they are becoming.
@Kurtize - That lawn looks great. Nice that you got a haircut. I need one of those but I am trying to grow my hair out so I am not getting one.

Today was a beautiful comfortable day. All planned exercise done. More laundry and cleaning done. Also played a couple games of Skipbo with Hubby. Son came and went for a short walk with me. He also bought dinner so I wouldn't have too cook. Now to keep getting things done before I leave Tuesday afternoon.1 -

I hope you are all doing well. Today is the wedding of my boyfriend's friend's child. So we are going to the wedding. I am going to try and be careful on what I eat tonight for dinner. I think they are having a taco bar so I will have to be extremely careful on what I eat as those things can make you gain a ton. I ate a lot yesterday after the funeral and I drank too. That was probably not a good idea but I did it and I don't regret it. I was able to let loose. Next time it will be my boyfriend being able to let loose. I think that will be today. We will see. I want him to be able to have fun as well.

@CSEGUIN2 - Sounds like you had a lovely day. You got stuff done and got to see your son. It was nice of him to buy you dinner so you did not have to cook.

Today has been a beautiful day. Got all planned workouts done including the bike ride! Have had the windows open since yesterday. Pushed it to long today with the heat advisory. Ended up so warm I was starting to feel sick. So ordered out so I wouldn't have to cook. Just to hot as a/c is still working hard trying to cool the apartment down. More laundry done and dishes finally caught up.1 -
HI ALL!! I ooopsie overdid energy wise today, so I am on a very low energy level right now. I know you get that.

Good Morning Airport Friends:
I hope you are all ready to start the week. I have a dentist appointment this morning and a doctor appointment tomorrow morning. I am looking forward to getting these both out of the way. I have a ton of weigh I have to lose today and tomorrow. I gained about 4 pounds due to water weight from salt. I have to get it all off again. I am hoping to have it close to off. I am drinking and drinking water and not going to the bathroom. I hope I get that fixed.
@cormierannie - It feel nice to help the food bank when you can.
@CSEGUIN2 - So sorry. That has to be rough. I always try to get the AC on right away when it starts to get hot. I don't let it get too bad. I have laundry to do too
