Hello everyone! I decided to come find my former Spark friends here and get my butt in gear with challenges again. It was a very difficult winter, and I need to shed all this weight!

Good Evening Everyone!
So glad for the summer challenge! I did not do well during the spring one at all. I have decided that for a little while I will just do what I feel is the most important things that need to be done. Today was the first day and I went for a walk and concentrated on get stuff on the computer done. I actually completed the first part of one task and worked on studying for the food handlers course. I also went to the bank and shopping. Got a new out fit for jury selection as I don't really have many summer dress clothes. Received a call this afternoon from the courts. Jury selection has been cancelled. Not sure I will be going to TOPS tomorrow as my ride has not returned my call. For the most part I feel more relaxed today. I have a sore left side of my mouth which is also causing a headache. Unfortunately can't get in until Thursday. The good thing is Hubby still had pain killers from his tooth issues.7 -
Hi Everyone! Spring challenge was indeed a challenge as I was bitten by a brown recluse spider that had me hospitalized for a few days. Now, six weeks later, I am undergoing wound care for the itsy bitsy spider bite - it is putting a damper on my summer fun and they tell me it could be months or even a couple of years before it is fully healed - yikes! So I struggled through the winter challenge but I am already looking forward to the summer challenge! Hoping to feel better and be in a better place for the summer challenge!!!10

Yesterday I went for a walk near by at a local beach. Its one not a lot of tourists know about (LOL We like it that way!) thanks to the computer they know most of them, but this one is very very tiny. There are pathways around it, so we did a 25 min walk on it.
I NEED to go to BED SOON, but LOLOL I'll likely not sleep that great. I need to get up early because WOOHOO I have the Little Guy coming!! My GGS!!! He'll be 5 later this month!! YO!! WHERE DID THE TIME GO? Seems like his Mom was only turning 3 in a cute little princess dress!! I'll have him for an hour and a half, LOL That'll be enough time for me. But, I'll be laughing and playing the whole time. First thing we do, well hey, it's GRANDMA's house!! I'll take him the store, they have his favorite donut. I'll skip one for me though!! WELL Unless they have a single chocolate one, but lately they do not bother. TY TY TY COVID you had a FEW GOOD Thing happen from you!!! GERMS ,, rarely single chocolate donuts!!! Looking for the good when things are not that great does help.10 -

I hope you are having a great day. My day went pretty well. It was definitely busy. I can say that. I learned a lot today. Tomorrow will hopefully be better. I think it will be anyway.
@kaliswalker - That sounds like fun. The dog beach. We have a dog park.
@Saltlife49 - I love the in between challenges and the getting ready for the next round stuff. It is great.
@CSEGUIN2 - Hopefully the pain will go away quickly. Sorry about jury selection. I know some people look forward to that. I don't have a lot of summer dress options either.
@gloriawrightcook - So sorry. I hope it improves faster than they thing it will.
@Dianedoessmiles1 - Nice walk. It looks so pretty there. Nice you get to see GGS. He is going to have a blast at your place.
