    Sweet, that's GOAL for @LOVEMYALEX and I!! :drinker:

    I got a 12 mile bike ride in on Friday. Took a rest day yesterday but still need to do something today. Not sure what yet.

    Set a small goal for myself. Going to do the first 10 stages of the Vuelta in a row without a rest day. Oh to flog oneself

    I did a quick 1.0 mile walking sprint on the treadmill last night to put me at 91/90.

    ETA: Added 6.0 miles on the stationary bike tonight.

    Dave, I can only go out in the morning now. When Pat was walking with me we would go out when it was still dark but I won't do that by myself. It's 6:32 p.m. and 91 degrees out there. SUNSHINE!!!!

    The lack of miles is because we had two birthdays this weekend and I had to cook and wrap presents a lot!! It was fun. A bit too much food, though.

    I walked 4 miles today, viewing both the Zimbabwe and Zambian side of Victoria Falls. That's 19/15. I start for home tomorrow, but it will take me 3 days to get there.
