Made it to our friend’s house in North Carolina last night. Heading to the hotel in Columbia, South Carolina in a few hours. That’s where my wife’s work meetings will be this week.

Hi guys! I'm having a great time in Africa. We spent the last couple days in Etosha National Park in Namibia which was amazing. Tomorrow we fly to Zambia where we are going to be working in an AIDS orphanage for a week. That should be amazing in a different way.
@clepant - thanks for sharing the reminder of your time here. I remember most of those things but it was great to see it in black in white.

We’re in South Carolina for the rest of this week. My wife is in meetings at the hotel and I’m at her work office down the street. LOL I have my laptop plugged into their 55-inch TV. 
Great people here too! Very friendly and welcoming. I’m even getting some work done!

My flight to Zambia was canceled this morning and the airline is housing me at a local hotel until tomorrow. Unscheduled rest day! That means I had time to take a walk this afternoon. And as a bonus, I have internet. I'm at 11/15

Sorry, missed updating yesterday. Was on the road back from South Carolina. Stopped overnight in Clarksville, TN and I’m updating before we hit the road for the day today. Going to try for Cedar Rapids, IA tonight. We could* probably make it all the way home to St. Paul, but we’re not ready to be home yet. We’re enjoying the tripping part too much.
I did 12 miles on the hotel stationary bike.
