    I just didn’t move enough yesterday. I have not gotten enough sleep the last few days and I can feel my mood starting off wrong today. I am Determined to shake this off

    Last week I thought the doctor’s scale was off but apparently it was right on. I haven’t been eating much more than usual but have been sitting a lot to organize photos and haven’t been working outside like I had in the past. I hope it cools off soon so I feel like going out again. It’s time for a change!

    Made it to the gym yesterday! I love the slight sore feeling I get the day after. Today I need to do a better job of getting in more steps and drinking more water.

    I've not been feeling good since Sunday morning. I've had a migraine and nausea and I'm still not feeling good. I'm going to take a break until after the holiday and be back on Tuesday. Hopefully, with some rest and down time I'll feel better by Tuesday. Thanks

    Oh no feel better. Remember this is all optional. As you can see I have my own personal ups and downs we do what we can but your health comes 1st.
