Loss of 1Weigh in day: Sunday
Week 3
PW: 189.2
CW: 189.4
While not that bad of a gain, I weighed myself again today and was 192…. I knew I shouldn’t have checked after having a salty lunch and then making rice crispy bars and zucchini banana bread last night but did anyway. Hopefully will be close to normal next sunday
I am going camping for the first time today. It's just one night, and in a yurt so probably not consider true camping for some. It's been over 10 years since I have slept anywhere other than my bed/home so it's an adventure by my scale. If I sleep bad, can always take a nap when I get home tomorrow and can sleep on Wednesday
Hope you enjoyed camping.Daily post Sunday

I’m not doing as well with calories and exercise as I would like. On those days I almost talk myself out of posting but do it anyway. My goal right now is to form a habit of being accountable no matter if I’ve met my goal or not. Gotta stick with it even when my days are less than stellar!2 -

Praise'm Praise'm Happy Wednesday,
Unfortunately these new BP medication has me going through the wringer. Been in bed mostly, as by noon I'm exhausted 😩 and dizzy 😵 so cannot do anything. I have also been suffering from extreme muscle & joint pain, as another side affect and from someone who suffers from chronic pain already, you can just imagine how difficult it is right now, plus the last 3 days had severe migraines. Today is the 1st day I felt somewhat better, so got my steps in but now I'm extremely exhausted 😩. Forcing myself to stay out of bed so made a pallet in the living room🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️. The good news is my Dr change my meds again today after I explain that this is not going to work for me. It's great when you have a doctor who listens and understands your common goal. Don't know what tomorrow will bring but at least I got more than 2000 steps today.2 -

I have such a hard time with personal accountability. I have accountability partners in my life, but their so soft and enabling. I used to have a trainer (10+ years ago) that embodies the type of no-fear, in-your-face accountability and motivation I crave today. I know I should be able to self-moderate, but I have proven that I’m not there yet.3 -

The 1st step is acknowledging your issues. I understand where you're coming from that's why last year I treated myself to a trainer with the stimulus check I got. But look at YouTube videos they have a lot of motivational coaches that can work when money is tight or you just can't find one on one. Just a thought. 🤔🤔Regardless. . . .
YOU GOT THIS taking one day one step at a time.2
