Last week I thought the doctor’s scale was off but apparently it was right on. . . hope it cools off soon so I feel like going out again. It’s time for a change!Thanks. . .With that note, I have been logging Mon, Tuesday and today, but have been over calories and no exercise to report. I’m getting another cyst, not sure if it was due to hikes over the weekend or what but I do not approve.

Made it to the gym yesterday! I love the slight sore feeling I get the day after. Today I need to do a better job of getting in more steps and drinking more water.2 -

I've not been feeling good since Sunday morning. I've had a migraine and nausea and I'm still not feeling good. I'm going to take a break until after the holiday and be back on Tuesday. Hopefully, with some rest and down time I'll feel better by Tuesday. Thanks3 -
