Camping was pretty fun, save for not sleeping much. I somehow agreed to go two nights next time. Had fastfood 4 times in those two days and snacks galore. My stomach was not happy with me when I got home… I had healthy foods for me to eat too but each time my friend went to the drive through I couldn't resist. (More like didn't want to resist)
Have made a couple quick breads too. My favorite is now a Banana Carrot Zucchini bread. Dangerous recipe to have.
On the plus side, I have been logging most of the time now and it's been cool enough I've been able to go on a couple walks and am looking forward to having that as a regular habit again.
I've gained 5lbs this month and really need to stop this in it's tracks. Looking back I can see how not exercising as much the last couple months has had an effect on my mental health and healthy habits. Yes part of it was my cyst, and yes it was hot, but could have done more ring fit or something in my room with the ac2 -

Alright! Going in the right direction, guessing a lb at least was waterweight. Was only in a deficit a couple days, did go on 4 walks this week. Had a fun and spend day yesterday, at farmers market and then a fall festival. I now have even more tea, lots of veggies, and a “artisan” olive oil and balsamic(caramelized onion) to use. Also have a couple new, small, pieces of art. Made pot roast in the slow cooker today, so delish and lots of left overs1 -
