Frustrated

Ive been on MFP for a few years and when i first started I did great but over time I dropped off, well now that I have gained a few lbs and really not happy with my wieght, im gonna try to kick start my routine, exercise and eating. The biggest problem i have is the weighing of food. I cook 80% from scratch and it is hard to calculate accurately,....like do you weight raw or cooked meat and if you have bones in it, not exactly sure how to count that. But anyhow my new regimate is fasting from 8 pm to 11am - consume lots of water, exercise at least 3 days a week if not more and cut out carbs where possible or swap sweet pots for white and brown for white rice....Feel free to add me as a freind or please comment, would love to chat see how others handle the constant weighing of food
