Good morning Shape Shifters. I had a quiet Saturday. I wasn't feeling very well in the morning, but thankfully the paracetamol helped. I think I will lower my step goal in March. I am not sure why I went from 14k to 17k in the first place, lol. It is fine on workout days, but kind of annoying otherwise. I will finish this month though since I already committed! @PatriceFitnessPal Thank you! My weekends are always tough too. It's like my brain goes "weigh in done, time to paaarty!". I have thought about moving my weigh in to a different day, but that will also just move the problem. I am sure you will feel so much better once you've got all the office stuff dealt with, so keep at it!3

OK, what was your highest weight point that made you make the decision to start losing weight? No one forgets THAT number...I need to update the chart so that it shows your overall loss to date in the far right column. For some reason, when you registered, yours didn't get listed in the background table that feeds that column. Give me a good guess...thanks!

You all know Laura, of course, and her commitment to the team will help you continue to shine, and give Jessica a much needed partner to keep up with the statistics, inspiring discussions, and team activities. Happy Monday- been up since 4AMCST busy day yesterday - I helped my daughter-in-law with her sister's baby shower - setting up, greeting guests, cleaning up - the place where it was and with food + stood for most of the time there were some ppl that didn't RSVP and showed up so there weren't enough chairs so I had to help with that situation since my daughter- in-law were busy and so was her mom I was there from 10:30 until 3:15 - came home and collapsed then got items ready for dinner for superbowl it was just me and my husband - mostly watched it for the commercials
Today will be a low key day thank goodness 🥰3 -
@Pupowl here's a photo of the puzzle of my Mum's.Must have been in the family for a while.The print was buy an artist Lawson Wood 1848- 1957.It took me a while as the pieces were unusual & I couldn't remember the picture.Its called "More work for the Navy" I think it's so cute & I'm glad all the pieces were there if not some broken.
I did try & put under the spoiler but it didn't work !!

Gm yall. I'm back in my right frame of mind and not stressing out over everything going on around me and eating because of it. Woot. Woot. Of that win last night has a smile on my face yall. Go Kansas City Chiefs. Woot woot.

Obviously I am back in the game and I'm feeling so much better mentally, emotionally and physically. I'm still upset over my friends hubs dying but I'm dealing with it better.3 -
@jessicakrall8 and @PatriceFitnessPal I also had fun walking on the tread and watching the first quarter- It really helped my eating later on in the evening. I walked a total of 4.68 miles- about 45 minutes of the pre-game show and the first quarter.
@nancyinmo Hope you had a great weekend in Bloomington! I think its a neat little town, and of course, its always great to see your kiddo, isn't it? Last trip, our son drove us out to a state park and a little town called Nashville. Very cute.

Oh that does look cute! I am not surprised it took a while with those weird shapes and not having a reference picture. Really nice it has been around for a long time and still in pretty decent shape. I having been working on my next puzzle today as well. It is a 500 XL piece, which I didn't realise when I bought it. It is 500 big pieces and the finished puzzle will be the same size as a 1000 one. It feels pretty easy so far because of it.3 -

Good morning Shape Shifters. I had too much food yesterday. I did very well until late afternoon and I ordered pizza. I wish there was an easy way to block apps etc on your phone. I have several websites blocked on my computer which is very useful. Maybe it is time to 'hide' my phone again in the afternoon. I worked a bit on my puzzle. This one has been super easy so far because of the xl pieces. I think I would have enjoyed it more if they were normal sized. I did a 51 minute workout and went to bed too late.
