Sunday weigh-in day: 6/4/23

I’m so sorry for the late weigh in day. I have been so sick since last Thursday laying in bed like a zombie. I haven’t really been calorie counting during all of this either. Is it okay if I change my weigh in days to Mondays starting next week, 6/12/23?2 -

I forget to log my foods here on MFP sometimes. But, I've been trying to make sure I log foods on carb manager because that is what my health coach is using. Anyway, my weight is starting to creep back up and I was so frustrated because I thought I had been doing so good. I looked back at my logs from the last couple of days and relized, I forgot to log some stuff. Aughh. I need to double check before having an evening snack.

- Eating only at Hunger Level 3: Yes for lunch, not for dinner
- Water (Goal 64 oz) : 80 oz
- Increased intensity while walking on treadmill: yes, plus outside walk for 30 minutes
- THOUGHTS: Yesterday was one of the best days (food & water consumption and exercise) that I've had in a long time.

@brandi_84 ~ I am participating in this health program through my insurance called Wondr. It suggest that you only eat when your hunger level is a 3.
Level 1: Just ate, not hungry at all
Level 2 : A little hungry, could eat, but not a full meal
Level 3: Truly hungry and ready for a full meal
Level 4: Starving - will eat anything not moving.
@HASWLRS ~ I have been trying to add motivation quotes to keep me going each day. Some days are better than others!! Glad you were able to flip the mental switch!! No news feeds as well..actually, it keeps going in and out.

Well done on the laps. I could never swim laps for 2 hours. Did you ever swim on a swim team? One of our other members was on a swim team recently and I considered joining one here but transportation was an issue.0 -

Did a combination of laps and water exercises. I stretched for another 15 minutes in the hot tub. Haven’t made up my mind whether to walk or swim. Today is my granddaughter’s graduation from high school. I feel so old. We are having pizza and cake. I am afraid I will see a jump on the scales tomorrow.

What went well for me (so far!): Not eating past 8:00 p.m., adding strength exercises to my workout routine, and drinking 64 oz of water everyday. I can't wait to see what next week's journey will teach me about myself!5 -

You two live in bigger cities... Do you know if you can get Cocoa and Sea Salt Quaker Instant Oatmeal in your grocery stores? I haven't seen it in mine in weeks, maybe even months. It is a chocolate fix I can eat just one serving of. I have a partial box still in my cupboard, but I am rationing that in case I can never get it again.1 -
