    Busy week. 2 of my kids had birthdays 4 days apart from each other, mine is Wednesday but ignoring that, lol. My eating has been OK (a lot better than it has been) and I finally got my butt out to my gym this morning. Hoping to get back in a routine

    I wasn’t going to participate in the step challenge in November because I’m traveling so much. Planning on re-joining in December.

    @CasandraW The woosh is very real! But my weight has just been moving so little this whole week. It went 216.2 - 216.4 - 216.4 - 216.0 - 216.0 - 215.1 - 215.1 - 215.3. It just feels like the woosh should have already happened. I am having a 'screw it' day today, and then back to the healthy eating again.
    @Zaxa2021 Thanks, I have been doing alright, maybe it also feels worse because this is the 3rd time I am losing the same weight. It was mostly just a moment of disappointment this morning I think. I will keep going! I have a Renpho scale/app which also has trends but it doesn't look in the future. I do think weighing once a week is better for me, so I will switch to that.
