I haven't been doing as great as I would like with steps. Mainly because I took a week or so off from running. It started with needing to be home with my son's as we transitioned away from binkies, but then I just dragged. It out. I hit the gym early this morning though, so today's steps will be much better and I'm feeling a bit more motivated right now to stay consistent with it.4

 I’d love to join the 5k challenge. I have a 20
Mile run I need to do on the 22 or 23. I’ll count my time for the first 5k. Unfortunately, it will probably be on the treadmill. Ughh.
@PatriceFitnessPal I loved Boys in the Boat! They have been teasing about a movie ever since the book came out!2

"Ughh" is right! Since I've never even done a 20 mile run, I can't begin to imagine what it's like on a treadmill. I can barely stand 20 minutes on a treadmill, let alone 20 miles!SavageMrsMoose wrote: »Steps

@murdog3t @magnusMLQ @JenHul Please report your steps in and catch up the stats TODAY. I've asked repeatedly from everyone who participates in the Step Challenge to report in every 2-3 days. If I don't see a response today, you will be removed from the challenge for this month due to lack of reporting. Thanks for your cooperation and prompt response.

It was a beautiful day here - probably a perfect ski day - but after my run I just watched sports and started the new season of The Gilded Age. When I took the dog out before bed the stars were just amazing. That was the first striking difference I noticed about Telluride compared to Houston, beside the obvious of temperature and mountains, how amazing the stars are at night. I've never seen the Aurora Borealis. Anyone here been able to see it?
I have a quiet day today. A few presents to wrap and errands to run.3

Hello Shape Shifters. Still keeping up with my walking, though I was very tired today. I saw plenty more goldcrests, but didn't manage any better pictures. The weather is the main issue. It is so dark and depressing and grey, that in the forest you can barely take any sharp pictures. I have decided to leave my camera home for now, unless the sun shines or it is bright enough. It is just frustrating me when I want to be outside enjoying my walk. I did have fun this afternoon taking pictures of birds in the garden. The blue tit was particularly nice with posing today.
Besides that, not much going on here. My rainbow tracker looked pretty good this week. Sunday wasn't great for food. My mom left and I forgot to give them the leftover stroopwafels so I ate most of them. Wednesday is my weigh in day and I usually treat myself on that day, so that wasn't a big deal. On track otherwise! Bad and good bird pictures under the spoiler. Happy Sunday everyone 3 3

Sunday steps 0. I didn't do anything as far as exercise today. I've lounged around as my sleep was extremely off due to knee pain. Crossing Mt fingers and praying I can get good sleep tonight3

Good morning, I'm Darren from Team Slimpossible. I'm stopping by to let you know I think you are all doing awesome!
I pray you all have a super duper Merry Christmas and a Great New Year!7

@SavageMrsMoose - Aurora Borealis - saw it as a teen with my best friend. We lived in the Bible belt, and my bestie thought it meant it was THE END. Jesus had come back and she hadn't been raptured, anyway, she began to panic. I was like - don't worry bestie, let me go get Grandpa. So we dragged my Grandpa outside and he's like - "girls that's the Northern Lights" and he chuckled that we were worried. There is an app that predicts the Aurora that I have downloaded to my phone, but have only seen it that once.
I've been extra busy lately - sorry for not posting in more. 4 4

Okay, I did a silly thing. I missed more time then I wanted and then I got anxious about posting again, and that led to this illogical avoidant behavior. I'm sure at least some of you can relate to that. It's like when you get an email and you mean to reply, but you don't do it immediately and then you get embarrassed about how much time it's taken you so you ignore it. Just me?7

@Armygirlarmyof1 Missing your steps for Saturday.
@murdog3t Thanks for catching up on steps. I will mark you weigh in as excused instead. I hope your family is okay. Hang in there!
@lianatherunner You have to miss 2 weigh ins in a row in order to be dropped from the team, so you are fine! And even if that happens, you can always come back. I totally understand the post anxiety. If it is easier for you, you can always sent a private message to me or Jessica instead. I got you added to the step team. Do you have steps for the 3rd of Dec please? That is when the step challenge for this month started. Thank you!
@19shmoo69 Thanks for popping in Darren! I hope you also have a lovely Christmas and a happy and healthy 2024.5
