Good Morning VIP Friends:
I hope everyone is doing well this morning. Today is Tuesday and I am super excited that our Supervisor is back. So we will see if there is anything more I can do to learn anything. I have been doing pretty well with training. So that is good. I am excited to get moving and into production. Which is basically being live to answer calls. I have gone live and answered 8 calls in the last 3 days. So not too terribly bad. The other peer coaches are now telling the main peer coach I should have graduated already as I navigate really well through the system and I am good helping clients. So I hope they will be able to get me to some sort of helper with those who are not so confident. That might be a good use of my time since I already know the system. I am still trying to figure out my call flow. I will get there though.
@Kurtize - You are doing great with your virtual walking. That is awesome that Kayla is getting a physical.
@Dianedoessmiles1 - I have gone live so far for 8 calls. We have a peer coach and 4 other classmates listening to the call. I am in teams and I share my screen and my sound. They can hear it all as I navigate and help the client. If I get stuck they are there to help. Thursday, Friday, and Monday the peer coaches that were assisting told the head person in our group that I should have graduated already and been out on the floor. I navigate really well through the programs and I am good with clients. So the only thing holding me up right now is that I don't for some reason have access to one of the programs I need to see older policies. They put in a ticket for it, but that does not seem to be moving very fast.

Kayla went to vets today, her gum had some infection from the tartar that built up, they also pulled 8 teeth. They gave her complete physical with blood work etc. Luckily everything else was good. It was more than I thought, luckily had put savings away for Kayla health care instead of actually paying for pet insurance, bill was $3101.76. I almost fainted.

@Tabatha_Cain ,, WOOHOO YOU GO GIRL!!! Hey that's AWESOME!!! I hope they give you access soon to what you need and you are LIVE IN MICHIGAN IT'S TABATHAAAA!! hehehehe!! But seriously we have NO doubt you are very good. You show us on the daily basis your people skills. Hey, how is Chloe doing? LOL Oscar is still quite the handful and HAM!! OH MY He gets me to LAUGHING so horribly HARD!! He and Izzy get along, and play often, that's another who giggle ga lore!! The 2 fools keep me well entertained! She still pretends to NOT like him. Its quite funny. She acts like the typical much older sister (she's 14 almost 15 in a few months), with the pain in the neck little brother (He's almost 2 1/2 ALREADY!), but she does seek him out when she wants to play. She does watch over him. He's bigger than she is. Today she TOLERATED Him being this close. He went to sleep, LOL typical of a much younger brother nothing she does bothers him, he thinks it's ALL ABOUT HIM!! She thinks it's ALL ABOUT HER!! I know it's REALLY NOT about me!

@Kurtize, YO but Kayla is so worth the money. In 2020 I had one tooth pulled for Izzy and it was 800!! I was "WHAT!!????" But yes, it was worth her not hurting. Will Kayla let you brush her teeth? Usually its easier with dogs than with cats. Kayla you had better behave so much!! LOL Doggie kissies to your parents!! LOL!!

Good Morning VIP Friends:
I hope you are all doing well this morning. Today is Wednesday and I cannot believe it is so late in the week already. Wow. Today I will be doing really well I think at work. I am really trying. I hope that things go well for me today. I am a bit nervous to get into work today to see what my peer coach sheet looks like. I am sure people jumped in and listening to my calls in the last 24 hours and gave me feedback. That is the next step is taking calls and having the Peer coach sheet filled out after they review your calls and then just give you feedback on how you did.
@Kurtize - Oh no. 8 Teeth. That is rough. Poor Baby. Wow that is a hefty bill. Most Pet ins doesn't cover dental anyways, but it would have covered the physical and bloodwork. I have pet insurance. It is a reimbursement anyways.
@Dianedoessmiles1 - Thank you. My peer coach messaged me as we started doing the buddy system yesterday. Basically 2 of us bounce between each other taking calls and we help each other. We do have the option of messaging our peer coach should we have a big issue. So it was me and one other person out of the whole training class of 20 people that started buddy system yesterday. We really pushed each other yesterday. I think we did really good. So we will see what those peer sheets say that we have to fill out after each call. Chloe is doing well. She is still biting a lot, but I kept her out of her crate a bit more yesterday and gave her a toy to play with. It is a Kong toy so I put peanut butter in it and she had to lick the peanut butter out of it. It took her a bit to do that, but she did really good staying calm and she acted so much better. I am glad your cats are getting a long more than they used to. It is ok for the one to pretend not to like the other.

@Dianedoessmiles1 - she was ok at first letting me brush her teeth, then she became stubborn. Would hold her mouth tightly closed. Hopefully she will be more cooperative after she heals so she don't lose any more teeth. Hugs all.

@Tabatha_Cain , How was the peer sheet? I never expect a new person to be perfect. I expect fully to pass along useful infomation. Its actually a great coach who does people know so they can be more rouded in training. To me a lazy coach is just coasting along. How did Chloe do today? Yeah puppies and OSCAR (LOL He may be 2, but he's RARELY SHOWLING DOWN!!) need to be entertained and worn out!! LOL As I said that he jumped up and started to knock things down, I hardly have anything on my stand, but LOLOL He'll go after my water (which is always in a spill proof bottle!) pens, LOL He's such a CAT!!!
@Patti241 , How did the day go Patti? LOL Oscar is playing with the mouse as I move it around the screen.
@diamonds1202 WOOHOO!! So happy you are with us!! Which team are you on? LOL I could go look, but I'd rather ask. I am on Positively Strong 4 Life.
@cinebibliophile , I saw on the other feed about that. We want to make sure all teams start off with the same amount of members. Why? Each team is in a "race" some teams are very competitive, others not as much, but all teams want to cross that 6000 mile (1 minute of exercise equal one mile traveled towards the finish line) if one team had 23 members and another one had 19 the one with 19 would be at a disadvantage. Is there a member on another team you wished to be with? If so, please ask them to also post here, so you both can chat together with us and we'll happily cheer you both on!!! That's what I tell members who have been on the same team I am on for a long time, but got reassigned to another team, come on here, and we still get to enjoy that so much. AND you get to also enjoy us!!! @Tabatha_Cain @Patti241 @Kurtize and myself play here all challenge long as well as others. If I were not a leader on Positively Strong 4 Life I'd want to be with @Tabatha_Cain on Fit Force, but she's also a leader on her team, neither of us will switch, but we still get to stay in daily contact. I hope this helps. We truly do care. Did you know the Gr8ter team is the one Ceri is on? I'd LOVE THAT Opportunity!!! Its a FANTASTIC team . I just looked over the team members on your team, WOW!! You are in for a TREAT!!! They really are a terrific team. Ceri won't say that, but I WILL!! As OALs we are cheering on all teams. But they are a fun group.
@nansbones7708 @Catwmncat is in path harm, she's inland a little bit so the storm surge isn't a threat to her, its the wind and rain though that are. Thankfully she's with family!!

Hello Everyone! Been a wee bit since posted. Keep fingers crossed for me. Was in ER yesterday. Severe Meniers attack after a few years. Home to bed until this morning. Took enough meds I could putter- pickup around house. Attempted chair exercises. Body moved, not head! LOL Take care , Everyone! Determined to start Fall Challenge on Saturday!3

Good Morning VIP friends:
I hope you are all doing well this morning. Today is Thursday. I cannot believe the week has passed us pretty much. Today I am back in work and plugging away in calls again. I am getting better at them. Which is awesome. I was told yesterday by one of my peer coaches that he is hearing a lot of good things about me. So he is going to review me consistently and see about getting me overtime if I want it. That would be putting on the actual production floor instead of still in On the Job training. So I would not have anyone with me when I do these calls. I would be alone, but have access to peer coaches if I need help.
@Dianedoessmiles1 - I am not sure. It has not been looked at yet. So we will see, but I did several more calls yesterday. Which was great. I was also told I am doing so well they are going to be reviewing me consistently so I can get Overtime sooner than others. Chloe is doing better. She is calming down. I have learned that if I cannot get to walk her then I can get outside with her and throw a ball. My neighborhood is pretty dangerous sometimes. I don't have time once it gets light out right now to take her someone outside of my neighborhood to walk her. It gets light at 8 am and I have to work at 9. No way I am able to get her in the car and over to the park and then walk her for a half hour and get back home in time to log in and have all my programs up. My Cats also love to throw things off counters. So I get that.
@kayhryngc - Oh no. I am so sorry to hear that. I get vertigo but that is nothing compared to your Meiners. You still have a couple of days so I would relax as much as you can. Let that medication work and get you feeling better.

@diamonds1202 , Oh that's a neat team also!! I love the idea of dancing in the rain, looking at the best in life. Where do you live? I'm in southern Maine right now it's 54 at 6:08 PM and will get down to 41 F tonight. I LOVE IT!!! I am a huge fan of winter and SNOW!!

@Dianedoessmiles1I live in Joshua Tree CA. While we do get snow in the desert in the winter, it usually shifts drastically from hot hot hot to snow. It's 77 right now at 9:30 at night. The high today was 89, which is pretty cool actually. This past Saturday it was 104. I could use some 54 degrees!2

I hope you are all doing well this morning. Today is Friday. Well it is hopefully date night. I mean an actual date night. We are checking the budget to see if we are able to have an actual date night. That would be nice. I would like an actual date night.
@Dianedoessmiles1 - Yes it is. I feel like I am doing pretty decent. Chloe was upgraded to a larger crate. Now she is all set with one that will last her whole life. She seems to be doing a lot better.

Just curious if any of the other teams have a lot of guys on them. I only ask because my friend requests is starting to look like a dating app. When I join a challenge I usually friend a lot of my team. I have yet to see these names on my team or in the chat sections. Or does mfp have an algorithm linking people the same age? Either way I am waiting to hear before I friend anymore guys.
@Kurtize Every day is a good day to have a good day. At work the department I am in is being moved into a 100 year old historical landmark. Everyone is miserable and cranky. Yesterday I told my boss you know what I swept the basement yesterday. She's like I noticed! I said there was no rodent droppings. Building is 100 years old dust actually looked like dirt it was so thick. We can't change things but we can just look on the positive side.
@Dianedoessmiles1 I too love turtleneck weather. Not a huge snow fan. I just wish it wouldn't snow on the road or in my driveway.
@Tabitha_Cain Sounds like you are doing great with the job training. Fingers crossed it continues and you always enjoy what you do.0 -
