    @izzyred9400 I don’t know how close you are to your goal weight. 3.5 lbs seems pretty significant over the holiday season and lazy winter months. I think that’s more than 2% of your body weight.

    @DaffyGirl88 I just have weak, puny legs. I don't mind being sore from working out, but those two always wreck me for days! I have the same with lunges and balance as well. It's not an easy exercise imo.

    @frankwbrown That is nice! I have a scale that gives quite a bit of data as well (a Renpho), but it is not that easy to compare to the Inbody. It doesn't really track the same things or does it in percentages instead of weight. I did see my age was younger on the Inbody than my scale at home which is cool! But it is still 5 years older than it should be. I really like the tracking of muscle and separate body parts. I hope you can really see a difference after 12 weeks.
