Wow, it looks like every weigh-in has been a loss this week 🤩. Keep up the good work, everyone!
Personally, I think it’s more important to keep showing up and building healthier habits, so I don’t believe in basing success solely on the weigh-in, but our team is very impressive so far! 😊 The scale will go up and down in the short-term but the long-term improvement will show over time if we follow our plans!
Still, I felt motivated seeing everyone’s loss this week! I have my annual physical in April and I’d love to weigh in at a ‘normal’ BMI. That will be a difficult goal to reach but I’m going to try.
There were more people at the gym than usual today and I wasn’t sure if it was because it was a bit rainy or if the warmer weather is drawing people out of their houses. So, that made me wonder — What’s motivating you these days?1 -
Happy Thursday!!!!! It's my weekend, thank goodness. It was a crazy week at work. I work with dementia patients and some crazy energy musta been in the atmosphere because they were rough this week. Then my drainage pipes froze on those really cold days, so everytime I do laundry it backs up, ugh. So I spent the day rigging something up to make it run out back until my pipes drain haha. But I did get a really great workout in this morning. 30 minutes on the spin bike, 50 minutes weights, 20 minutes incline walk on the treadmill.1
