It was -14C in the morning and I think -12 or so when I was there. Surprisingly it felt warmer down by the falls than up at the hotel.

Today we went over 9 1/2 hours of daylight and so far it has been a sunny day. Unfortunately the height of the sun in the sky really highlights every streak and smudge on my windows. Maybe cleaning windows will help tighten up my bingo wings🙃

I'm so happy to see a new low. It took a while, but I think I may have broke through the plateau I was stuck on for quite a while. This past week, I lowered my calorie goal. I was also careful about tracking as accurately as I could.
This coming week, my plan is to continue focusing on calorie intake. This weekend, I'll make some soup and try to plan out my food for the week a little.8 -

Happy Friday! Exercise was much better for me this week but I've been still struggling with nutrition.
This morning I got up early and took my dog cross country skiing, called skijoring! She's not heavy enough to pull me and I don't have a harness for her to pull properly so she just trots alongside. Anytime I get my skis ready to go she gets so excited; she loves it and it's great exercise for both of us. This trail is only a few minutes away from me along the river and a bunch of volunteers keep it nicely groomed.

Was hoping for better numbers, but a loss is a loss. 😂. Need to jump-start my motivation. This week was filled with too many appointments and not enough “me” time to take care of myself, both nutritionally and physically.5 -
I just learned that MFP will be switching to the rich text editor on 3/4/25. No more bbcode!
I am guardedly optimistic after reading the following discussion that describes the editor's features. Looks like we'll lose underlining and font color, both of which I use often, but I see some improvements that might make it worth it.

I had a bigger loss until this morning but I’ll take it. I’m currently in Las Vegas so hopefully I won’t gain too much. We have tickets to see the Eagles tomorrow night at the Sphere! I’ve done a lot of walking today so I’m going to ice my knee. I’m trying to avoid another flare up. I’ll probably stick pretty close to the hotel tomorrow, uber to the concert then hopefully walk back. I brought some stronger meds but I’m not wild about taking them because they can upset my stomach5 -

I've been poorly all week started with a fever & then turned into my 2nd chest infection this month.I just couldn't manage to get out of bed & eventhough my family looked after me I didn't have much appetite.So I've done zero exercise or steps this week.
Not a nice way to lose weight,hopefully I will continue to improve during the next few days.

Not the best eating week did decent about half the time, not much workouts this week thanks to the weather, but it's warming up. We had 31.5 inches of snow and it's melting and is a huge mess now. It's suppose to be 50 degrees this week.. that is an 80 degree diffrence in temps in a week. Got 2 really good workouts in this weekend, and since it's warming up, I can workout before work a couple days a week
Today I went to dinner with my husband to celebrate 20 years together. Crazy it's been that long. I had pasta with chicken and shrimp, but only ate half, I'll have the other half for lunch tomorrow.2
