So happy to be on the other side of the 170.
Instead of eating out of boredom, I draw, make progress on a quilt, clean or exercise. I have a list of chores that I can work on when I am bored. I also prepare snacks I can eat when I am eating out of boredom that satisfy the need to crunch, like carrots and corn on the cob. This way, I can fill my mouth and stomach and still get some nutrition while I am at it.

@ShockinglyFit Nice loss! Great advice on what you do instead of eating out of boredom. I also like to eat veggies (snap peas are a go to for me) and I freeze grapes, nice little sweet snack!

@HorsesRock9999 I do similar with frozen blueberries. If you add it to yogurt, it makes it like frozen yogurt!
