This week has been rough. Working full days then going to work dinners until 9pm on Wednesday and Thursday, followed by dinner with the inlaws tonight. I definitely overate. Did I mention the ice cream social at work today??

Need to zip my lip like the emoji above as I am overeating and making too many unhealthy choices.
