    GO TEAM!

@gillis1118 Great job! You are doing everything possible and what matters most is how you feel! WTG!

@jimboden3 Nice! Best to your son, however, I know it can be sometimes difficult having the quiet around the house. Safe travels!

@AnnaZimm70 WTG on your loss! I hope you had a great week!

@66keto Happy dance 💃 on your loss!

@lauren_989 Haha! Yeah, it’s Friday after your busy week! All the best!

    tallymh weigh-in:

    Last weight: 167.8

    Current weight: 168.0

I'm disappointed, but I had a big loss last week, so maybe my body is just trying to stabilize. I worked really hard this week, though, and really expected more of a result on the scale.

@tallymh @gillis1118 try to remember that the scale is just a tool. If you are following your plan, you may still be losing fat, but retaining water or building muscle! If I start a new exercise routine or lose a lot of weight one week, the scale will tend to fluctuate up the next week. It's very frustrating, but give it time and trust the process!

I woke up in the middle of the night sick Thursday night and didn't get much sleep. Took a ton of meds Friday morning to make it through the day, and then slept for like 12 hour last night! I feel so much better now. I went for a walk at the park and will go out in a bit for some yard work. It's weird but my acid reflux will flare-up like crazy some nights (every few years) and then I can barely eat the next day.
